ELASTOSIL® 7750 N is a one-component, neutral-curing, low-modulus silicone sealant with outstanding adhesion, a long shelf life, and excellent tooling characteristics for construction, glass, and window building, as well as industrial applications. ELASTOSIL® 7750 N cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to give a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

Wacker Chemie (Chloromethyl)trimethylsilane (CMM3) is a clear, mobile, colorless liquid with a pungent odor. It serves as a building block for pharmaceutical ingredients and pesticides, and it finds applications in the chemical industry. The lead time for production is based on campaign production. ELASTOSIL® E14 Red is a non-sag acetoxy-cure silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It meets the physical requirements of MIL-A-46106, Group I, Type I, and Group III, Type I.

WACKER® AK 0,65 is a hexamethyldisiloxane. Its chemical structure gives it an exceptional property profile that distinguishes it from organic materials like mineral oils. It exhibits good dielectric properties, low surface tension, high surface activity, and is chemically highly unreactive. Additionally, it has a low solidifying point.

ELASTOSIL® A59 Grey 01 is a self-leveling, one-component, amine-cure formulation that cures at room temperature by reaction with air humidity to form a flexible and durable silicone elastomer. It is particularly suited for screen printing on gaskets. The curing rate can be accelerated by heat exposure or exposure to carbon dioxide concentrations above 1% p.b.v.

It is enriched with a special heat stabilizer that shields the silicone fluid from thermal decomposition and viscosity fluctuations. As a result, WACKER® AK 150 000 STAB is especially well-suited for applications involving high temperatures and/or shear stress. It is a non-polar liquid with a low solidification point and exhibits good dielectric properties.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3065/50 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3065 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time and a low coefficient of friction. In comparison with ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 grades, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50-70%. The vulcanizates are noted for their excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the excellent compression set, there is no need to post-cure technical parts.

Wacker Chemie 3-Chlorobutanone (3-Cl-MEK) is a chlorinated intermediate. It is a colorless to brownish, mobile liquid with a pungent odor. WACKER® 50550/8 VP is a waxy, alkyl-modified polysiloxane known for its hydrolysis resistance and strong affinity to different substrates. ELASTOSIL® R 863/65 MH is a peroxide-curing silicone rubber known for its exceptional green strength, which greatly improves calendering and extrusion performance. When uncured, the extruded hoses made from this silicone rubber exhibit high dimensional stability and a non-sticky surface. ELASTOSIL® R 863/65 is specifically formulated as a high green-strength peroxide-curing silicone rubber. It is recommended to add heat stabilizers when operating at service temperatures exceeding 180 °C.

ELASTOSIL® N189 Black is a non-slump, neutral-cure silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates and has good resistance to mineral oil and coolants. Additionally, it shows excellent heat stability.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3005/60 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3005 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the excellent compression set, there is no need to post-cure technical parts.

ELASTOSIL® N10 Transparent is a solvent-free, neutral-cure, low-viscous, and non-thixotropic silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates. It is a multipurpose grade for bonding, sealing, and potting, e.g. in electronic applications.

ELASTOSIL® RT 713 is a non-slump, addition-crosslinking, thermal-curing, one-component silicone rubber. It is a ready-to-use, one-part system that offers rapid heat cure. With its low density and low hardness, it provides high compressibility. It is also known for its primerless adhesion to many substrates, making it suitable for general-purpose sealant applications, as well as FIPG and CIPG applications.

WACKER® AK 200 000 STAB is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 200.000 mm²/s. It is enhanced with a special heat stabilizer that safeguards the silicone fluid from thermal decomposition and viscosity fluctuations. As a result, WACKER® AK 200 000 STAB is particularly well-suited for applications that entail high temperatures and/or shear stress. It exhibits long-term heat stability, making it suitable for operating temperatures exceeding 150 °C, and it demonstrates high shear stability.

VINNAPAS® 510 ED is a polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of organic solvents, plasticizers, or formaldehyde donors. The residual monomer content of the dispersion is below 1000 ppm. VINNAPAS® 510 ED offers several advantages in building chemical applications as well as in general adhesives. To achieve optimum weathering resistance, opaque pigments should be used to ensure adequate pigmentation.

VINNAPAS® SAF 608 is a water-based dispersion containing a fine-particle-sized copolymer of styrene and acrylic acid ester. It has a solid content of 50%. This product is manufactured without the inclusion of coalescents, organic solvents, plasticizers, or compounds containing alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO). It exhibits excellent penetration into porous substrates and offers great flexibility.

WACKER® Silicate TES 40 WN is an ethyl silicate polymer. It is a low-viscosity liquid that provides approximately 41% of silicon dioxide (silica) upon complete hydrolysis. WACKER® Silicate TES 40 WN is used for the precipitation of polymeric SiO2 structures (silica) upon complete hydrolysis, with ethanol being produced as a by-product.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3001/55 FR A/B is a paste-like, low-inflammable, two-component compound of liquid silicone rubber. The excellent flame retardancy is confirmed by the achieved UL94-V0 listings at 0.75 mm and 3 mm thickness and f1 rating according to UL746C: Unterwriters Laboratories File E75704 (Wacker Chemie AG). It exhibits good heat resistance, high oil resistance, and short curing times, which are further benefits of this material.

ELASTOSIL® R 427/30 is a high-strength silicone rubber known for its outstanding transparency, excellent tear strength, and exceptional mechanical properties. It is particularly suitable for the production of extruded profiles. The vulcanizing characteristics of this product allow for short cycle times in the manufacturing of molded articles through compression, transfer, and injection molding processes.
