When exposed to atmospheric moisture at room temperature, WACKER® 440 - Glazing and Perimeter undergoes curing and transforms into a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

ELASTOSIL® N 2010 is a self-leveling, one-component silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of moisture. It is a ready-to-use, acid- and solvent-free, non-corrosive RTV-1 (room temperature vulcanizing, 1-component) silicone rubber suitable for many applications. ELASTOSIL® R 416/70 MH is a peroxide-curing, high-consistency silicone rubber with very high green strength, which enhances calendaring and extrusion performance significantly. Uncured extruded hoses show high dimension stability and a non-sticky surface. The addition of heat stabilizers at service temperatures of more than 180°C is recommended.

ELASTOSIL® 8510 P is a one-part, neutral-curing, low-modulus silicone sealant with outstanding adhesion properties, a long shelf life, and very good working properties for construction and sanitary applications, especially for sealing natural substrates such as granit or marble. ELASTOSIL® 4500 is a one-component, acid-curing silicone finished sealant for general-purpose sealing in high-temperature applications up to 250°C. This non-sag, ready-to-use construction sealant cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

ELASTOSIL® N294 is a free-flowing, ready-to-use silicone rubber that vulcanizes either at room temperature or at high temperatures under the influence of atmospheric moisture. ELASTOSIL® N294 is available in blue and red colors. It is particularly suited for screen printing.

SILRES® BS 1310 is a solvent-free, water-thinnable emulsion of polysiloxane modified with functional silicone resin. It is an additive used in the production of aqueous masonry coatings and aqueous primers to enhance water repellency and resistance. Additionally, it improves the processability and antiblocking characteristics of the aqueous coatings.

SILRES® BS 310 is a solventless emulsion that can be thinned with water. It consists of polysiloxane modified with a functional silicone resin. This product is specifically designed to be added to aqueous masonry coatings and primers, either during or after their manufacture. When used undiluted, SILRES® BS 310 serves as an additive for aqueous indoor paints or coatings. Its purpose is to enhance the workability of the paint or coating, resulting in improved application properties. This product is highly compatible with indoor paints and has a positive influence on wetting and leveling properties.

ELASTOSIL® 4710 is a 100% silicone, one-component, acid-curing silicone sealant for sealing joints in food and drinking water contact applications. This versatile product cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

ELASTOSIL® N 2034 is a self-leveling, alkoxy-cure, one-component silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of moisture. It shows excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates. This product is flame retardant and meets the UL 94 V-0 standards.

WACKER® Polymer FD 350 is a hydroxyfunctional polydimethylsiloxane polymer. It is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It is recommended for use in a variety of processing and formulating applications such as sealants, adhesives, coatings, softeners (textile), and mold-making products.

WACKER® Polymer FD 80 is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It is used as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 silicone rubbers. This product is specifically designed for use in sealants and silicone sealants, serving as a special raw material for silicone compounding.

SILRES® BS 54 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion of a silicone resin that serves as a binder in the manufacturing of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. It is specifically utilized as a binder in silicone resin emulsion paints and renders. When formulated correctly, products incorporating SILRES® BS 54 exhibit desirable characteristics such as high permeability to water vapor and CO2, low water absorption, low susceptibility to soiling, a mineral-like appearance, and an extended lifespan. Additionally, the use of SILRES® BS Additive helps achieve an excellent beading effect. For optimal protection, it is recommended to prime facades before applying paint.

ELASTOSIL® N189 Black is a non-slump, neutral-cure silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates and has good resistance to mineral oil and coolants. Additionally, it shows excellent heat stability.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3271/45 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3271 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with extremely short curing times. It is a primerless, selfbonding grade that adheres to various plastic substrates (e.g. PET, PBT) and metals but not in the mold.

Wacker Chemie Crosslinker BO 38 is a colorless to yellow liquid that consists of tris(ethylmethylketoximato)methylsilane. It is not miscible with water and undergoes decomposition in the presence of water or moisture, resulting in the formation of methylethylketoxime. This particular crosslinker is utilized as a special raw material for compounding silicone sealants.

ELASTOSIL® eco 4100 is a one-component, acid-curing, low-modulus silicone sealant with outstanding adhesion and a long shelf life for construction, glazing, and window applications, as well as sanitary applications. ELASTOSIL® eco 4100 is produced based on a 100% exchange of fossil-based raw materials for sustainably certified renewable materials. Wacker Chemie Crosslinker BO 35 is a colorless to yellow liquid composed of tris(ethylmethylketoximato)vinylsilane. It is not miscible with water and decomposes when exposed to water or moisture, forming methylethylketoxime. This crosslinker is specifically used as a raw material in the production of oxime-cured RTV-1-silicone rubber compounds.

SILRES® BS 1705 is a high-quality water-thinnable emulsion that is solvent-free and based on a mixture of silane and siloxane compounds. It adheres excellently to glass, vitrified surfaces, ceramic tiles, selected plastics, and most coatings.

SILRES® BS 50 is a solvent-free, water-thinnable emulsion of a special blend of silicone resin and polydimethylsiloxane. It is recommended as an additive for porous masonry coatings to make them water-repellent. SILRES® BS 50 is particularly suitable for silicate emulsion paints and plasters.

ELASTOSIL® N291 is a free-flowing, ready-to-use silicone rubber that can be vulcanized at room temperature or at high temperatures when exposed to atmospheric moisture. It is specifically designed for printing sealing patterns on various substrates, such as steel or cylinder head gaskets containing or free of sulfur. This can be achieved using silk-screen printing techniques.
