ELASTOSIL® LR 3040/50 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3040 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a very short curing time. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties. They are particularly noted for their high tear resistance according to DIN ISO 34-1 A (trousers) and ASTM D 624 B (crescent).

This one-component, neutral-curing sealant offers outstanding adhesion, a long shelf life, and excellent tooling characteristics. When exposed to atmospheric moisture at room temperature, WACKER® 440 - Glazing and Perimeter undergoes curing and transforms into a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3675/50 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3675 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time and a low coefficient of friction. In comparison with ELASTOSIL® LR 3070 grades, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50-70%. The vulcanizates are noted for their excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the low compression set, there is no need to post-cure finished parts.

WACKER® AK 200 000 STAB is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 200.000 mm²/s. It is enhanced with a special heat stabilizer that safeguards the silicone fluid from thermal decomposition and viscosity fluctuations. As a result, WACKER® AK 200 000 STAB is particularly well-suited for applications that entail high temperatures and/or shear stress. It exhibits long-term heat stability, making it suitable for operating temperatures exceeding 150 °C, and it demonstrates high shear stability.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3072/40 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3072 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with an extremely short curing time. Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and have good mechanical and electrical properties.

WACKER® Polymer FD 6 is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It is used as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 silicone rubbers. This product is specifically designed for use in sealants and silicone sealants, serving as a special raw material for silicone compounding.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3076/70 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3076 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with an extremely short curing time and improved oil resistance. Its vulcanizates are noted for their good mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® E4 is a non-slump, acetoxy-cure, one-component silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits good heat stability, with permanent temperatures up to 180°C and peak temperatures up to 200°C. This product has excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates.

ELASTOSIL® RT 779 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone adhesive. When used with curing agent WACKER® Catalyst T 79, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber with outstanding oil resistance. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 779 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The silicone elastomer can continuously be exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, motor oil, and temperatures as high as 180°C (356°F) without damage.

ELASTOSIL® RT 646 A/B is a castable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It is a flowable material with resistance against casting resins, making it suitable for various applications such as encapsulation of electronic components, all-round potting compound, and mold making in reproduction molding.

SILFOAM® SC 370 is a medium viscosity antifoam agent that offers stability against hydrolysis. It contains 100% active ingredients and is formulated with an organically modified silicone fluid. In contrast to antifoam agents based on pure silicone fluids (PDMS), SILFOAM® SC 370 generally demonstrates improved compatibility with organic systems.

Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and exhibit good mechanical and electrical properties, as well as very low compression sets.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3852/50 A/B is a low-oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3852 series. ELASTOSIL® LR 3001/55 FR A/B is a paste-like, low-inflammable, two-component compound of liquid silicone rubber. The excellent flame retardancy is confirmed by the achieved UL94-V0 listings at 0.75 mm and 3 mm thickness and f1 rating according to UL746C: Unterwriters Laboratories File E75704 (Wacker Chemie AG). It exhibits good heat resistance, high oil resistance, and short curing times, which are further benefits of this material.

ELASTOSIL® R 427/30 is a high-strength silicone rubber known for its outstanding transparency, excellent tear strength, and exceptional mechanical properties. It is particularly suitable for the production of extruded profiles. The vulcanizing characteristics of this product allow for short cycle times in the manufacturing of molded articles through compression, transfer, and injection molding processes. WACKER® Plasticizer MH 30 is a modified silicone resin for the compounding of natural stone silicone sealants. WACKER® Plasticizer MH 30 is used as a plasticizer in RTV-1 silicone sealants to avoid staining and bleeding effects on natural stones or porous substrates.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3011/50 FR A/B is a liquid silicone rubber. It is a paste-like, low-inflammable, two-component compound. It meets the physical requirements of MIL-A-46106, Group I, Type I, and Group III, Type I.
