SILRES® WH is a water-thinnable, solventless emulsion of a functional silicone resin. Dilute solutions of SILRES® WH are used as high-quality water repellents for impregnating wood surfaces. Undiluted SILRES® WH can also be used as a high-quality hydrophobizing additive for aqueous wood coatings and wood stains.

WACKER® Plasticizer 1000 LV is a clear, colorless, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It is commonly used as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 sealants. This product is suitable for applications in adhesives and sealants. Please note that WACKER® Silicone Fluid AK 1000 should not be used as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 sealants.

SILFOAM® SD 882 is an anhydrous, low viscosity antifoam agent that has the ability to form a fine dispersion when introduced to water or highly polar systems. Its degree of organomodification allows it to effectively control negative effects such as surface defects and separation tendencies.

SILRES® BS 1360 is a nonionic, solvent-free, water-dilutable emulsion of a reactive polysiloxane. It can be added in undiluted form to aqueous masonry protection agents either during or after their production. Similar to SILRES® BS 1346, SILRES® BS 1360 is used undiluted as a hydrophobizing additive for aqueous masonry paints. Its primary functions are to enhance water repellency, water resistance, water vapor permeability, processability, and anti-blocking properties.

SILFOAM® SC 369 is a medium viscosity antifoam agent with a 100% active ingredient content. It is formulated with an organically modified silicone fluid. Compared to antifoam agents based on pure silicone fluids (PDMS), SILFOAM® SC 369 demonstrates enhanced compatibility with organic systems in general.

SILFOAM® SD 860 is an anhydrous silicone antifoam agent formulated with organofunctional silicone fluid and organic components. It exhibits excellent dispersibility in water. This antifoam agent is particularly suitable for use in organic systems that require a high level of compatibility with the antifoam agent. SILFOAM® SD 860 can effectively address challenges commonly encountered by silicones in various applications, including paints, adhesives, and water-miscible cooling lubricants.

SILFOAM® SH is an anhydrous antifoam compound used in various industrial applications. It was specifically developed for different technical applications, including the biotechnological industry. SILFOAM® SH serves as an effective degassing aid to reduce foam formation during the production and processing of paints. Additionally, it is a reliable degassing aid for PVC pastes and casting resins.

SILFAR® SE 88 is a silicone antifoam emulsion suitable for various industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, fermentation processes, and agrochemical formulations. It is specifically designed for European use as a processing aid in food production, based on E 900. It is important for the food manufacturer to ensure that only minimal traces of the product are present in the final food, as per the necessary regulations.

SILFAR® E 1049 is a silicone fluid emulsion specifically formulated for a wide range of applications, including those in the food and pharmaceutical industries. It is composed of components that meet the necessary standards outlined in the relevant EP and USP monographs. SILFAR® E 1049 can be utilized as an excipient in pharmaceutical products, although it cannot be used as an active pharmaceutical ingredient.

WACKER® E22A is a nonionic silicone emulsion consisting of a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It has a fine particle size and offers ease and versatility of application. It can be utilized in different applications, such as a general-purpose release agent, an ironing aid in aerosol formulations of starch, a printing additive in offset printing, and a release agent for foundries. It also exhibits good wetting and spreading properties.

SILFAR® S 188 is a 100% silicone antifoam agent that has been specifically formulated for use in the pharmaceutical and food processing industries. It functions by acting as an antifoam agent, effectively preventing or alleviating flatulence in the digestive system. Additionally, it forms a protective lining on various surfaces, such as the gastric mucous membrane, providing additional benefits.

WACKER® Plasticizer 1000 is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It is primarily used as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 silicone rubbers. This product finds applications in sealants and silicone sealant compounding.

WACKER® Crosslinker V 72 is an emulsified hydrogenpolysiloxane containing reactive Si-H groups. It is designed for use in emulsion-release coating systems on a variety of substrates. This product offers good release stability, a long bath life, and excellent wetting properties.

SILRES® BS 1306 is a solventless, water-thinnable emulsion of polysiloxane modified with functional silicone resin. It can also be used as a water-repellent primer, in which case it should be diluted with water at a ratio of 1 part SILRES® BS 1306 to 9 parts water. If the primer is required to strengthen the substrate, we recommend adding a polymer dispersion in hydrosol form.

WACKER® EP 501 is a white, milky water-based emulsion of a phenylmethyl silicone fluid. It can be diluted with water to remove any solid content. This product is suitable for high-temperature treatments on textiles and can also be used as an additive for water-based coating systems.

WACKER® Crosslinker V 72 US is an emulsified hydrogenpolysiloxane that contains reactive Si-H groups. This product is specifically designed for addition-curing coating applications in the production of release, baking, and hygiene papers. It offers extremely fast curing, significantly low platinum consumption, and facilitates easy mixing and metering.

SILFOAM® SE 2660 SIMETH.EM is a medium- to high-viscosity antifoam emulsion that finds application in various industries. This silicone fluid emulsion, based on E 900, is exclusively permitted for use as a processing aid in food applications. It is crucial for food producers to ensure that only technically unavoidable traces of SILFOAM® SE 2660 SIMETH.EM are present in the final food product.

SILFOAM® SC 370 is a medium viscosity antifoam agent that offers stability against hydrolysis. It contains 100% active ingredients and is formulated with an organically modified silicone fluid. In contrast to antifoam agents based on pure silicone fluids (PDMS), SILFOAM® SC 370 generally demonstrates improved compatibility with organic systems.

WACKER® Crosslinker V 58 is a hydrogenpolysiloxane that contains reactive Si-H groups. It offers excellent cure properties, allowing for low platinum concentration and low temperature cure. This crosslinker provides good release stability, ensuring consistent performance over time. It also demonstrates good anchorage, which may vary depending on the substrates used.

SILFAR® SE 4 is a silicone antifoam emulsion that finds its use in the food and pharmaceutical sectors, as well as in fermentation processes and agrochemical formulations. It serves as an effective antifoam agent in various stages, including fermentation and downstream processes like active ingredient extraction and solvent recovery, where compliance with USP and EP standards is necessary.

SILFOAM® SD 670 is an anhydrous antifoam agent based on organofunctional silicone fluids, which exhibit high compatibility with organic systems. SILFOAM® SD 670 is a self-dispersing product that spontaneously forms a fine dispersion when added to water. It is recommended for all organic systems that require a highly compatible antifoam agent.

SILRES® BS 1310 is a solvent-free, water-thinnable emulsion of polysiloxane modified with functional silicone resin. It is an additive used in the production of aqueous masonry coatings and aqueous primers to enhance water repellency and resistance. Additionally, it improves the processability and antiblocking characteristics of the aqueous coatings.

SILFAR® S 184 is a 100% silicone antifoam agent specially designed for the pharmaceutical and food processing industries. It fully adheres to the specifications outlined in the "Simeticone (EP)" and "Simethicone (USP)" monographs. Produced under cGMP guidelines, SILFAR® S 184 is suitable for use as an active pharmaceutical ingredient (API), particularly in antiflatulence and antacid preparations.

WACKER® Crosslinker V 15 is an emulsified hydrogenpolysiloxane that contains reactive Si-H groups. It serves as a component in emulsion-release coating systems for various substrates. This crosslinker offers fast curing properties, making it ideal for efficient processing. It is easy to mix and meter, ensuring convenient use. Additionally, it provides good release stability.

WACKER® TPR is a versatile product used in various applications such as car care, car polishes, paint preservatives, plastic-care products, polyurethane processing, and surface care. It is a reaction product of silicone resin with silicone fluids, resulting in the formation of water-repellent release films. These films exhibit significantly better affinity compared to polydimethylsiloxanes and many organomodified silicone fluids of similar viscosity.

WACKER® Anchorage Additive HF 100 is a reactive epoxy-functional silicone polymer that enhances the adhesion of addition-crosslinking DEHESIVE® systems or liquid silicone rubbers (LSR) to polymeric substrates. It improves the anchorage of DEHESIVE® systems on PET films, enabling the production of release liners, as well as the anchorage of LSR on fabric. This additive has a low odor and is non-corrosive.

WACKER® Plasticizer 100 is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid with a density of approximately 0.96 g/cm³ at 25°C. It is not soluble in water. This product is commonly used in silicone sealants. WACKER® Plasticizer 100 serves as a raw material for the production of RTV-1-silicone rubbers.

Wacker Chemie SG 3383 is a polyalkylene oxide-modified polydimethylsiloxane with organofunctional groups positioned as pendants. Due to its unique structure, SG 3383 demonstrates excellent surface activity. It can be utilized in both aqueous and non-aqueous systems. SG 3383 finds particular suitability in various applications, including coatings to enhance coefficients of friction and leveling properties.

WACKER® E 3154 is a nonionic oil-in-water emulsion containing a medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It maintains stability against shear stress, even in diluted form. The emulsion demonstrates outstanding wetting and spreading properties. It can be easily incorporated into cold-stirred formulations. WACKER® E 3154 is suitable for formulating universal release agents used in rubber processing.

WACKER® eco Crosslinker V 90 is a solvent-free hydrogenpolysiloxane that contains reactive Si-H groups. This product is formulated using renewable raw materials in accordance with the "Standard REDcert²." It offers fast curing, good release stability, and excellent anchorage on a wide variety of substrates. The fast-curing properties of WACKER® eco Crosslinker V 90 allow for a low platinum concentration requirement.

WACKER® SG 3303 is a polyalkylene oxide modified polydimethylsiloxane that offers a unique range of benefits not achievable with traditional organic surfactants. This versatile product can be utilized in both aqueous and nonaqueous systems and remains effective even at low concentrations of just 0.01%. Furthermore, WACKER® SG 3303 boasts a low toxicity profile, making it environmentally safe for use. SILRES® BS 168 is a water-based, solvent-free, and silicone-based pH adjuster that is specifically used in waterborne emulsion paints. It serves the purpose of improving pH adjustment and wet abrasion resistance in paint formulations. This product is particularly suitable for formulating low VOC (volatile organic compound) and low odor paints, meeting the requirements for environmentally friendly and sustainable coating solutions. WACKER® E 3157 is a nonionic oil-in-water emulsion of a medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane dispersed in water. The emulsion remains stable even in diluted form under shear stress and offers excellent wetting and spreading properties. It can be easily incorporated into cold-stirred formulations. WACKER® E 3157 is particularly suitable for formulating paint and vinyl conditioners.

Wacker Chemie SG 3382 is a polyalkylene oxide-modified polydimethylsiloxane with organofunctional groups in pendant position. It is suitable as an additive in coatings to enhance coefficient of friction and leveling properties. This product has low surface tension, making it an effective wetting agent. Additionally, it provides lubricity, sheen, gloss, anti-caking, static-suppressing, antifoaming, and moderate profoaming properties. SG 3382 is a 100% concentrated and economical solution with low toxicity.

Wacker Chemie Print Aid E 100 AS is a non-ionic emulsion of a medium-viscosity dimethyl silicone fluid, specifically developed as a processing aid for the offset printing industry. Its low viscosity enables easy pumpability and in-line dilution. The product is compatible with various additives commonly used in the print industry.
