FoamStar® ED 2522 is a high-performance, ultra-low SVOC silicone emulsion defoamer for premium water-based paints, clear coats, and inks. It provides excellent foam suppression during grinding and application, retains antifoam efficiency during storage, and is easy to incorporate without the use of strong shear forces. Its chemical nature involves an emulsion of organo-modified silicones.

Hydropalat® WE 3220 is a silicone surfactant that improves substrate wetting in aqueous systems. It exhibits excellent wetting properties in aqueous industrial, wood, automotive, and exterior paints and coatings, with a strong reduction of surface tension and no increase in surface slip. It has a minor impact on inter-coat adhesion and recoatability, and it is solvent-free.

Hydropalat® WE 3225 is a silicone-based wetting agent with notable defoaming properties. It exhibits excellent substrate wetting and compatibility within aqueous coating formulations. This product presents a pronounced defoaming action, specifically designed for various types of aqueous coating formulations. It seamlessly merges outstanding compatibility and wetting capabilities with efficient defoaming properties.

SILRES® BS 1310 is a solvent-free, water-thinnable emulsion of polysiloxane modified with functional silicone resin. It is an additive used in the production of aqueous masonry coatings and aqueous primers to enhance water repellency and resistance. Additionally, it improves the processability and antiblocking characteristics of the aqueous coatings.

SILRES® BS 6042 is a solventless, water-dilutable emulsion of a modified silicone resin that is specifically designed to be used as a standalone silicone in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. When incorporated into coatings, SILRES® BS 6042 imparts several beneficial properties. These include long-lasting reduced water absorption, efficient resistance to early rain, and high water vapor permeability. SILRES® BS 54 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion of a silicone resin that serves as a binder in the manufacturing of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. It is specifically utilized as a binder in silicone resin emulsion paints and renders. When formulated correctly, products incorporating SILRES® BS 54 exhibit desirable characteristics such as high permeability to water vapor and CO2, low water absorption, low susceptibility to soiling, a mineral-like appearance, and an extended lifespan. Additionally, the use of SILRES® BS Additive helps achieve an excellent beading effect. For optimal protection, it is recommended to prime facades before applying paint.

SILRES® BS 1306 is a solventless, water-thinnable emulsion of polysiloxane modified with functional silicone resin. It can also be used as a water-repellent primer, in which case it should be diluted with water at a ratio of 1 part SILRES® BS 1306 to 9 parts water. If the primer is required to strengthen the substrate, we recommend adding a polymer dispersion in hydrosol form.

SILRES® BS 1360 is a nonionic, solvent-free, water-dilutable emulsion of a reactive polysiloxane. It can be added in undiluted form to aqueous masonry protection agents either during or after their production. Similar to SILRES® BS 1346, SILRES® BS 1360 is used undiluted as a hydrophobizing additive for aqueous masonry paints. Its primary functions are to enhance water repellency, water resistance, water vapor permeability, processability, and anti-blocking properties.

SILRES® BS 60 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion of a silicone resin that serves as a binder in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. SILRES® BS 710 is a single-component product that cures at room temperature with ambient moisture. The cured coating offers excellent release properties and ease of removal for most permanent markers and aerosol paints.

SILRES® BS 168 is a water-based, solvent-free, and silicone-based pH adjuster that is specifically used in waterborne emulsion paints. It serves the purpose of improving pH adjustment and wet abrasion resistance in paint formulations. This product is particularly suitable for formulating low VOC (volatile organic compound) and low odor paints, meeting the requirements for environmentally friendly and sustainable coating solutions. SILRES® IC 701 is an anti-graffiti coating intended for use in the professional market for the protection of concrete, masonry, and metal substrates. The cured coating provides excellent release and ease of removal for permanent markers and aerosol paints. SILRES® IC 701 is based on polysiloxane polymers and provides excellent performance against exterior elements such as rain, sun, and temperature extremes. It cures via the condensation reaction at room temperature by reacting with ambient moisture.

SILRES® WH 100 A is a water-reducible, solvent-free emulsion of a functional silicone resin. It is a water-based product that offers several properties and benefits. When applied, it creates an eye-catching water beading effect, enhancing the appearance of the treated surface. Additionally, it significantly reduces capillary water absorption, providing protection against moisture. SILRES WH 100 A can be used over various substrates, including metals, concrete, and others, to impart its water-repellent properties.

SILRES® WH 101 A is a water-reducible, solvent-free emulsion of a functional silicone resin. It can be applied as-is or as a formulated product to serve as a water-repellent treatment. SILRES WH 101 A improves substrate longevity when applied over wood or many other materials.

SILRES® BS 1346 is a nonionic, solvent-free, water-dilutable emulsion of a reactive polysiloxane. It is used in its undiluted form as a hydrophobizing additive for aqueous masonry paints or plasters. Its purpose is to increase water repellency, water resistance, and water vapor permeability while also enhancing processability and antiblocking properties.

SILRES® BS 1340 is a nonionic, solvent-free, waterborne emulsion of a reactive polysiloxane. It is specifically used in the formulation of water-resistant coatings. SILRES® BS 1340 can be directly incorporated, without dilution, into waterborne masonry paints and plasters either during or after their production.

AFCONA 2501 is a defoamer for water-based paint. It is a silicone-based defoamer containing a small amount of silicone to give better deaeration. It is recommended for all kinds of water-based coatings ranging from decorative paints to water-based printing inks.

AFCONA 2038 is a highly compatible defoamer that does not cause in-can haziness. It prevents the formation of foam and blisters during the manufacturing and application of solvent-based wood finishes. This defoamer has excellent compatibility properties, making it especially suitable for use in clear coatings and high gloss coatings. Additionally, it is suitable for use in applications where dry film transparency is essential, such as when applying thick clear coatings by conventional spraying.

AFCONA 2035 is a moderate defoamer that minimizes side effects, prevents the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application, and offers good defoaming and compatibility with most resin systems. It is recommended for medium-viscosity applications applied by brush and conventional spray methods, and is suitable for systems ranging from low to high polarity.

AFCONA 2524 is an effective water-based defoamer for PU and acrylic-based emulsions. It is a silicone-based defoamer suitable for all types of water-based systems, including those with PVC concentrations of up to 25%. It is also suitable for emulsions based on a combination of acrylic and polyurethane.

AFCONA 2502 is a defoamer for water-based applications that undergo high shear forces during preparation, including pigment pastes and other high-solid systems. AFCONA 2502 is a defoamer for water-based applications. It is suitable for applications like coatings and inks as well as for pigment concentrate preparations.

AFCONA 2723 is a defoamer and air-releaser for unsaturated polyester, polyurethane, UV, and epoxy resin systems. It is recommended for thin-layer (gel coat), casting resins, and epoxy resin systems (e.g. floorings), as well as for room temperature curing of unsaturated polyesters used in glass fiber-reinforced systems.

It is recommended for medium-viscosity applications applied by spray and brush, and is particularly suitable for systems ranging from low polarity to high polarity. AFCONA 2035 is recommended for brush and conventional spray applications.

AFCONA 2045 is a silicone-based defoamer used to prevent the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application of solvent-based coatings, including polyurethane clear coats. It is effective even in difficult situations such as airless spray, brush, and roller application, and has strong defoaming properties with a very good transparent appearance.

AFCONA 2503 is a waterbased defoamer and anti-foam agent with leveling properties that is especially useful in high shear applications such as pigment concentrates. AFCONA 2503 is an organically modified polysiloxane which is designed to give good defoaming, anti-foam and leveling performance in all waterbased applications.
