POWERSIL® Paste AP is an opaque to whitish paste with a medium consistency. It exhibits good values for electrical insulation, permittivity, and dielectric strength. Additionally, POWERSIL® Paste AP shows minimal swelling of silicone elastomers it comes in contact with, thanks to the utilization of a special phenyl-silicone oil.

ELASTOSIL® N288 is a low-viscosity, ready-to-use, neutral crosslinking silicone rubber. It cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent heat stability, excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates, permanent temperature exposure up to 200 °C, and peak temperatures up to 250°C.

WACKER® AP 200 is a clear, colorless, and odorless polydimethylsiloxane with a high proportion of phenyl groups. It is commonly used as a heat transfer fluid and a pressure transfer fluid. Additionally, it serves as a dielectric in capacitors and transformers as well as a base fluid in heat-resistant lubricants.

WACKER® Catalyst C 05 is a highly active, diluted platinum catalyst specifically designed for the thermal curing of solvent-based and solvent-free addition-crosslinking silicones. It exhibits very high and constant catalyst activity, making it ideal for use in automated mixing units. This catalyst enables rapid curing of addition-crosslinking silicone systems, providing efficient and reliable results. Additionally, WACKER® Catalyst C 05 is miscible with silicones in all proportions.

GENIOPLAST® Fluid FR is a high-viscosity silicone formulation specifically designed as a polymer additive for polyolefins and other thermoplastic resins. It is composed of a linear silicone fluid with a dissolved silicone resin, resulting in a clear and colorless formulation. The primary application of GENIOPLAST® Fluid FR is in plastic additives.

ELASTOSIL® RT 708 is a self-leveling, slightly thixotropic, one-part silicone that cures with heat. It is designed for potting and coating applications and can also be used as a surface adhesive when applied in a thin layer, such as through silk-screen printing. Once cured, ELASTOSIL® RT 708 exhibits excellent adhesion to various substrates and offers long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The cured silicone rubber can withstand continuously changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 230 °C (446 °F) without sustaining any damage.

LUMISIL® LR 7601/50 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber from the LUMISIL® LR 7601 series. It is a two-component compound with medium viscosity and fast curing times. The resulting vulcanizates exhibit exceptional optical transparency, along with excellent mechanical and electrical properties.

POWERSIL® 415 MH is a high-permittivity, high-consistency silicone rubber specifically designed for the production of refractive field control devices for cable accessories. This ready-to-use material is suitable for all types of molding applications and ensures optimal performance in the production of cable accessories requiring refractive field control.

POWERSIL® 310 MH is a one-component, ready-to-use peroxide curing compound. It cures to form an electrically insulating silicone elastomer with high erosion resistance. This product exhibits very good arc resistance, suitable dielectric properties, and good mechanical properties. POWERSIL® 310 MH is specifically recommended for the production of various types of electrical insulating equipment used in outdoor applications, such as composite insulators, arrester housings, bushings, and more.

POWERSIL® 740 Light Gray A/B is a paste-like, two-component compound with short curing times. When cured, it forms vulcanizates that exhibit remarkable properties such as high tracking and erosion resistance. The material also demonstrates good mechanical properties, including high tear strength, and exhibits excellent dielectric behavior.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4001/60 MH is a one-component, high-consistency silicone rubber used for manufacturing molded articles. Cured articles made from this addition-cure rubber display high transparency and exhibit good to very good mechanical properties. This fast-curing silicone rubber offers excellent mechanical properties. The vulcanization reaction is significantly faster compared to peroxide-cured materials, thanks to the addition cure process. Moreover, no peroxide decomposition products are formed during vulcanization.

The vulcanizates are opaque and exhibit good mechanical and electrical properties, as well as very low compression sets.

GENIOSIL® GF 82 is an epoxy-functional alkoxysilane. It is a clear, colorless liquid with a characteristic odor similar to gasoline. It hydrolyzes slowly in the presence of water, releasing ethanol, and forms silanols that can react with themselves to produce siloxanes or bind to inorganic substrates. The epoxy group on GENIOSIL® GF 82 can undergo a ring-opening reaction with nucleophiles such as alcohols and amines.

ELASTOSIL® N 2010 is a self-leveling, one-component silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of moisture. It is a ready-to-use, acid- and solvent-free, non-corrosive RTV-1 (room temperature vulcanizing, 1-component) silicone rubber suitable for many applications. It exhibits good adhesion to plastics and metals, along with elasticity and durability, making it suitable for a wide range of potential uses.

DEHESIVE® 944 is a solvent-based, addition-crosslinkable silicone recommended for use as a release coating. It offers excellent release stability, medium release at low peel speeds, excellent bath life, and excellent anchorage to a wide variety of substrates. It can be used for coating polyester films (PET), papers, and PE-laminated papers.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3072/30 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3072 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with an extremely short curing time. Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and have good mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® SC 870 A/B is a two-part silicone rubber designed for creating a thixotropic, addition-curing foam. The foam structure consists primarily of closed cells. This product is particularly well-suited for use with automatic dispensing equipment during processing. Its exceptional rheology allows for the production of CIPG foam gaskets, even in complex 3D geometries.

ELASTOSIL® N9111 Black is a non-slump, alkoxy-cure, one-part silicone that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture and exhibits excellent adhesion to many substrates. Fully cured ELASTOSIL® N9111 Black has excellent flame retardant properties and shows long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and sunlight.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3856/20 A/B is a high-oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3856 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times and very good demoldability (high hot tear resistance). Shortly after curing, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface. The vulcanizates are opaque, have very good mechanical and electrical properties, excellent cut resistance, and a low compression set without post-cure.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3005/70 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3005 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the excellent compression set, there is no need to post-cure technical parts.

HDK® H30 is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H30 finds application as a thickening and thixotropic agent in various industries including coatings, printing inks, adhesives, cosmetics, and others. Additionally, it is utilized as a reinforcing filler in elastomers, specifically silicone-elastomers. Moreover, HDK® H30 acts as a free flow additive in the production of powder coatings.

HDK® H17 is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H17 is used as a thickening and thixotropic agent in composites, coatings, adhesives, and sealants, particularly in vinylester, epoxy, and polyurethane systems.

POWERSIL® 3500 MH is a high-temperature vulcanizing (HTV) silicone rubber, used as an addition-curing one-component compound for the production of press-cured articles. The resulting vulcanized products are resistant to tracking and display good to very good mechanical properties. The compound does not release any peroxide split products during cure or post-cure processes. The curing system is significantly faster compared to peroxide-curing materials; cure time can be reduced by 30-50%, depending on the wall thickness.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 5305/70 is a platinum-catalyzed, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber specifically designed for the manufacturing of extruded articles. Cured articles exhibit excellent transparency and very good mechanical properties. This silicone rubber is suitable for applications such as ignition and battery cables, utilizing addition curing and two-component systems.

POWERSIL® Fluid TR 50 is a fully synthetic silicone fluid that is nonvolatile and noncorrosive. It possesses low viscosity, making it easy to handle and process. The modular system of SEMICOSIL® 912 allows for flexible adjustment of the pot life and curing time by selecting from different catalysts. It is important to note that there is no binding between the base and catalyst, providing versatility in usage.

SEMICOSIL® 989/1K is a one-part, ready-to-use silicone rubber that cures through thermal curing. It is non-slumpy and exhibits thixotropic properties, making it easy to handle and apply. SEMICOSIL® 6C2S is a hyperpure hexachlorodisilane with ultra-high purity and low metal content. This product falls under the category of silanes used for chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and spin-on dielectrics (SOD). It was specifically developed for the semiconductor industry, serving as a precursor for low-temperature deposition processes and other applications within the field.

WACKER® Silicone Paste P is a translucent, vaseline-like paste that has a relatively stiff consistency and provides water repellency. When applied to parts, WACKER® Silicone Paste P offers excellent water repellency, which helps protect against corrosion. The paste also becomes softer when subjected to shear stress or other mechanical stress, such as kneading. This softening effect often makes the processing of the paste easier.
