Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and exhibit good mechanical and electrical properties, as well as very low compression sets.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4305/80 is a two-component, high-consistency silicone rubber specifically designed for the manufacture of extruded articles. Cured articles made from this addition-curing rubber exhibit excellent transparency and display good to very good mechanical properties. This fast-curing silicone rubber demonstrates good to very good mechanical properties. The vulcanization reaction is significantly faster compared to peroxide-curing materials, thanks to the addition cure process. Additionally, no peroxide decomposition products are formed during vulcanization.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3844/40 A/B is an oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3843 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times. Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and exhibit good mechanical and electrical properties, as well as very low compression sets.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3065/30 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3065 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time and a low coefficient of friction. In comparison with ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 grades, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50-70%. The vulcanizates are noted for their excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the excellent compression set, there is no need to post-cure technical parts.

ELASTOSIL® RT 713 is a non-slump, addition-crosslinking, thermal-curing, one-component silicone rubber. It is a ready-to-use, one-part system that offers rapid heat cure. With its low density and low hardness, it provides high compressibility. It is also known for its primerless adhesion to many substrates, making it suitable for general-purpose sealant applications, as well as FIPG and CIPG applications.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/70 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3852/50 A/B is a low-oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3852 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times and very good demoldability (high hot tear resistance). Shortly after curing, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface. SEMICOSIL® 988 TIC is a non-slump, thermally curable, one-part silicone rubber with excellent insulation properties. This product is optimized for insulation coating applications in disk power semiconductors. It is a ready-to-use system that exhibits thixotropic behavior, ensuring easy application and positioning. SEMICOSIL® 988 TIC is transparent, has a medium hardness, and offers high flexibility as a low-stress adhesive.

HDK® H21 is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H21 is used as a thickening and thixotropic agent in various applications such as composites, coatings, adhesives, and sealants, particularly in vinylester, epoxy, and polyurethane systems.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3842/50 A/B is a low-oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3842 series. It is a paste-like, easily  pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times. HDK® N20 is a synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica produced through flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. This white colloidal powder offers high purity and serves multiple purposes. One of the primary applications of HDK® N20 is as a thickening and thixotropic agent in organic systems such as unsaturated polyesters, coatings, printing inks, adhesives, and cosmetics. ELASTOSIL® LR 3846/30 A/B is a considerable oil-bleeding, liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3846 series. It is a paste-like, readily pigmentable, two-component product with a short curing time. Shortly after the curing process, a slight, thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. LUMISIL® LR 7601/60 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber from the LUMISIL® LR 7601 series. It is a two-component compound with medium viscosity and fast curing times. The resulting vulcanizates exhibit exceptional optical transparency, along with excellent mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® N 2034 is a self-leveling, alkoxy-cure, one-component silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of moisture. It shows excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates. This product is flame retardant and meets the UL 94 V-0 standards.

SEMICOSIL® 9242 is a pourable, thermally curable, addition-curing one-part silicone rubber that cures to a very soft silicone gel. This product is ready-to-use, requiring no additional mixing. It exhibits thixotropic behavior, meaning it becomes shear-thinning during application. SEMICOSIL® 9242 offers rapid heat curing, allowing for efficient processing. Upon vulcanization, it forms a soft gel. With low levels of volatiles, uncured polymers, and ions, this silicone rubber ensures high purity. Additionally, SEMICOSIL® 9242 has the additional feature of ultraviolet fluorescence.

POWERSIL® 310 MH is a one-component, ready-to-use peroxide curing compound. It cures to form an electrically insulating silicone elastomer with high erosion resistance. This product exhibits very good arc resistance, suitable dielectric properties, and good mechanical properties. POWERSIL® 310 MH is specifically recommended for the production of various types of electrical insulating equipment used in outdoor applications, such as composite insulators, arrester housings, bushings, and more.

It is used as a precursor for low-dielectric-constant interlayer dielectrics in applications such as chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and spin-on dielectrics (SOD). This product is known for its high purity, low metal content, and low chloride content, ensuring optimal performance in semiconductor processes.

ELASTOSIL® N9111 Grey is a non-slump, alkoxy-cure, one-component silicone that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. Due to its shear-thinning nature, this product is easy to apply. The material starts curing upon contact with air humidity. It shows excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates, like glass, aluminum, stainless steel, PA, and PBT.
