VANTOCIL™ IB Antimicrobial is a broad spectrum, fast acting bactericide for the formulation of disinfectants and sanitisers. This product is a 20% aqueous solution of poly (hexamethylene biguanide) hydrochloride (PHMB). VANTOCIL™ IB Antimicrobial is produced for use in industrial, institutional, agricultural, food, beverage, and domestic disinfection applications, primarily as a solid surface disinfectant, specifically for hospitals, veterinary establishments, dairies, milking parlors, breweries, air-conditioning units, and pasteurizers in canned food & beverage bottling plants.

Proxel® TN Preservative is a dual active, broad spectrum biocide for the preservation of industrial water-based products against spoilage from bacteria, yeasts and fungi. It is a 55% aqueous solution of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one (BIT) and hexahydro-1,3,5-tris(2-hydroxyethyl)-s-triazine, a formaldehyde release agent. It is effective in a wide range of industrial aqueous-based products. The combination of two active agents provides a quick microbial kill with long term protection. The “triazine” active agent gives enhanced head space protection in the container.

VANQUISH™ 100 Antimicrobial is based on the active agent N-butyl-1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one (BBIT) and is recommended for use in tough and demanding applications especially those exposed to high UV levels. It is a broad spectrum antimicrobial used to prevent fungal, bacterial, and algal spoilage of polymers such as PVC, polyurethane, silicone, polyolefin, polyester, and acrylic articles such as shower curtains, coated fabric, vinyl wall coverings, floor coverings, appliance gaskets, wall and floor coatings, and swimming pool, pond, and ditch liners.

Proxel® MB4 Antimicrobial is a solvent-free, zero VOC, broad spectrum preservative for the protection of industrial water-based products against spoilage from bacteria, yeasts and fungi. It is an aqueous solution, dual active blend of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one (BIT) and 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (MIT) that has been specially formulated. Proxel® BZ Antimicrobial is a dual active broad spectrum biocide for the preservation of industrial water-based products against spoilage from bacteria, yeasts and fungi. It is a 20% aqueous dispersion of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one and zinc pyrithione. Proxel® BZ Antimicrobial is effective in a wide range of industrial aqueous-based products, particularly in those products that are susceptible to fungal contamination. Some of those areas include emulsion paints, water-based adhesives, pigment cakes/dispersions, printing inks, textile auxiliaries, and household products.

OMACIDE™ IPBC 40 Industrial Fungicide is a pungent aromatic, pale yellow to amber-colored liquid broad spectrum fungicide additive. It is used in architectural coatings, textiles, construction applications such as paints, stains, adhesives, caulks, and sealants, as well as plastic product applications to prevent dry film fungal growth. OMACIDE™ IPBC 40 Industrial Fungicide is also a very effective additive for controlling fungal growth in aqueous-based fluids such as inks and metalworking fluids.

OMACIDE™ IPBC 20 Fungicide is a highly effective, fast acting antifungal agent based on the chemical active 3-iodopropynyl butylcarbamate (IPBC). It is a mild odor, amber colored liquid for use as a post treatment additive. This product is most effective when used in dilute soluble oil and semi-synthetic fluid systems. OMACIDE™ IPBC 20 Fungicide can be applied in metalworking, cutting, cooling, and lubricating fluids.

ZINC OMADINE™ 48% Dispersion Antimicrobial is an off-white 48% aqueous dispersion. It is a mixture in water of very fine particles of zinc pyrithione, a dispersant, and a viscosity control agent. ZINC OMADINE™ 48% Dispersion Antimicrobial inhibits the growth of a broad spectrum of both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It also inhibits the growth of fungi, yeast, mold, and algae.

Sodium Omadine® 2000 Antimicrobial is an effective preservative in most aqueous compositions. The concentration required to give protection depends on several factors including the susceptibility of the system to microbiological degradation, the extent to which microorganisms can gain access, the species involved, pH, temperature, and length of time for which protection is required.

Omacide™ IPBC 20% DPG Fungicide is a broad spectrum liquid fungicide based on the widely used fungicide active, 3-iodopropynybutylcarbamate (IPBC). It is a 20% blend of IPBC (active ingredient) in dipropylene glycol. It is recommended for use in the formulation of soluble oil and semi-synthetic concentrates. However, this product can also be used as a post treatment additive (i.e. Tank side addition) for metalworking fluid systems which have been identified as being contaminated with fungi.

It is a 20% aqueous dispersion of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one. Proxel® BD20 Antimicrobial is effective in a wide range of industrial aqueous-based products such as emulsion paints, water-based adhesives, household products, printing inks, paper coating compositions, metal working fluids, and agricultural pesticide dispersions. This product should be added to the system as early in the process as possible.
