4225 Conformal Coating Epoxy4225 is a 2-part epoxy conformal coating. It cures to a durable, tough, semi-flexible coating with an excellent finish. 4225 protects against harsh chemicals, humidity, corrosion, oil, dirt, thermal shock, and abrasion. It also prevents high voltage arcing, short circuits, and static discharges. 4225 is a promising choice where extreme physical and chemical resistance are required.

4223F-312G – Urethane Coating Spray 4223F-312G is a 1-part, heat curing, UL 746E certified, thermoset urethane (UR) conformal coating spray. It cures to a durable, flexible, scratch resistant and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes. It cures in only 2 hours at 100 °C (212 °F). It may be removed with the right conformal coating remover (MG’s 8309 or 8310A) or soldered through for repair or rework. 4223F-312G is considered to be one of the best conformal coatings for protecting circuit boards in chemically challenging environments. It provides strong protection against aggressive chemicals, corrosion, moisture, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, abrasion, short circuit, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge. Total Ground Carbon Conductive Paint 838AR is an economical conductive paint that consists of a 1-part, solvent-based acrylic lacquer, pigmented with highly conductive carbon powder. It is smooth, durable, and abrasion resistant. It can be easily applied by brush or spray. It has a quick dry time, with no heat cure necessary. 838AR adheres strongly to most injection-molded plastics, such as ABS, PBT and PVA. It provides strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for use in marine environments. 838AR is excellent for creating grounded surfaces and in low frequency RFI shielding applications, such as pickup cavities on electric guitars. It is also perfect for shielding metal detectors and other devices where a metal-filled conductive paint would cause malfunction.

Super Shield™ Silver Epoxy Conductive Paint 842ER is a 2-part silver epoxy conductive paint. It is a smooth, flexible coating that provides excellent electrical conductivity at a low film thickness. It maintains flexibility at low temperatures, provides exceptional adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, and provides excellent environmental stability. 842ER is designed for large volume board-level or package-level EMI shielding applications. It can replace traditional metal lid, which reduces cost, board thickness, and mass.

419C Acrylic Conformal Coating is an IPC-CC-830B and UL 94 V-0 certified, fast drying, xylene, and toluene free product. This one-part coating provides an excellent finish, is easy to use, and does not require special or costly equipment to apply. It is ideal for high moisture environments and applications requiring easy repair and rework. 419C coating protects electronic circuit against moisture, dirt, dust, and thermal shocks that could corrode, short circuit, or damage the electric component. It insulates against high-voltage arcing, shorts, and static discharges. As well, this coating provides a high dielectric withstand voltage that allows traces to be put closer together which helps with miniaturization.

422B is a 1-part, acrylic-silicone blend conformal coating that cures to a durable, flexible and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in only 8 minutes. It may be removed with appropriate strippers or soldered through for repair or rework. 422B is designed for applications where both high service temperature and flexibility are required. It puts minimum stress on components during thermal cycling, making it ideal for applications that involve a wide temperature range. It provides strong protection against moisture, corrosion, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, short circuits, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge.

8331S – Silver Conductive Epoxy Adhesive This electrically conductive paste is a 2-part heat-cured epoxy with a long working time. It is smooth, non-sagging, thixotropic, and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates. This electrically conductive epoxy paste can be used as a solder replacement for bonding heat-sensitive electronic components, or for making conductive connections where soldering is not an option, such as when bonding to glass, soft metals, or plastics. It provides excellent EMI/RFI shielding and is very effective in filling seams between metal plates. 8331S has been formulated to be economical. For a higher fill version that maximizes conductivity, use 8330S. For a shorter working time or room temperature cure, use 8331 or 8331D. For a 1-part alternative use 9410 or 9400. We also offer a full line of thermally conductive electrically insulating epoxy adhesives.

8329TCF is a thermally conductive, fast-cure two-part epoxy adhesive. It is off-white, smooth, viscous, thixotropic, and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates. It is also flame retardant and meets the UL 94V-0 standard. For a 1 mL quantity, a minimal service cure can be achieved in 15 minutes at room temperature, and a full cure in 4 hours. This product is used to bond heat sinks, LEDs and other heat-generating components in electronic assemblies. It is suitable for use with dual-syringes, mix-tips and automatic dispensing systems. 8329TCF has been designed for maximum thermal conductivity with a high viscosity. For a lower viscosity, use 8329TFF. For a longer working life, use 8329TCM or 8329TCS.

9200FR is a toughened, flame retardant, 2-part epoxy adhesive, designed to create long-lasting load-bearing joints. It creates tough vibration resistant bonds and is especially useful for joining dissimilar materials that will experience thermal cycling stresses or harsh environmental conditions. This smooth, non-sagging, thixotropic adhesive is excellent for use on vertical surfaces, for gap filling, and for potting electronics enclosures with gaps where a non-thixotropic encapsulant would flow through.

8329TFS is a 2-part, heat-cure, thermally conductive epoxy adhesive with a 4-hour working time. It is a dark gray, smooth, thixotropic paste that cures to form a hard, durable polymer that is thermally conductive, yet electrically insulating. This thermally conductive adhesive is used to glue heatsinks to LED’s, CPU’s, and other heat generating components. This product cures slowly. For a faster cure version, use 8329TFF or 8349TFM.

SilCool TIA241GF – Liquid Silicone Thermal Pad TIA241GF is a two-component, flame retardant, thermally conductive silicone gap filler. It is a smooth, non-sagging paste that easily conforms to the complex shapes of any interface design. The cured product creates a thermal path that efficiently dissipates heat from electronic devices. It retains its softness after cure which maximizes stress relief during thermal cycling. This thermal gap filler can be used as a liquid alternative for prefabricated solid thermal pads. If lower viscosity is required, use TIA225GF

Thermal Adhesive 8349TFM is a 2-part, flame retardant, thermally conductive epoxy adhesives. It is a dark gray, smooth, thixotropic paste that cures to form a hard, durable polymer that is thermally conductive, yet electrically insulating. This thermal adhesive is most often used to bond heatsinks to CPUs, LEDs and other electronics components. For a shorter working time, use 8329TFF. For a longer working time, use 8329TFS.

9400 is an electrically conductive, silver-filled, 1-part epoxy adhesive with a low cure temperature. It is smooth, thixotropic, non-sagging, and bonds well to a wide variety of substances. It has an unlimited working life at room temperature. This product can create electrically conductive bonds where soldering is not an option, such as when bonding to heat-sensitive components, glass, soft metals, or conductive polymers. It also works well in semi-conductor packaging, microelectronic attachment and lid-sealing, and as a die attach for small chips, LEDs and diodes. It does not require mixing and can be readily used in manual, pneumatic and robotic dispensing processes. 9400 has been formulated to have a low Tg, which allows for minimal stress on substrates during temperature changes. For a higher Tg, use 9410.

It is a dark gray, smooth, thixotropic paste that cures to form a hard, durable polymer that is thermally conductive, yet electrically insulating. This adhesive is most often used as heatsink glue, attaching heatsinks to CPUs, LEDs, or other heat generating electronics components. This compound has been formulated for high thermal conductivity. It is highly viscous and must be mixed by hand prior to application. For a lower viscosity use 8349TFM. For a shorter working time, use 8349TFM. For a longer working time, use 8329TCS.
