MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LB PC 5015 TF 17116 WT1106-17 is a polycarbonate base polymer with a 15% special filler and special features of being highly reflective, opaque, UV stabilized, and improved sliding/wear. It is used in the automotive and lighting market segments, primarily for light guides, reflectors, and light blocking components. Pre-drying conditions should be 120°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours, 120°C in an air circulating dryer for 4-12 hours, and a maximum moisture content of 0.02%. For processing in injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 280-310°C and the mold temperature should be between 80-110°C. No extra sentence is needed.
