MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/100 is a heat-stabilized Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer with medium viscosity and a maximum moisture content of 0.20%. It is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-240°C and a mold temperature of 50-80°C. Typical applications include housings and injection molded parts for various market segments, such as domestic appliances and electrical and electronic (E&E). Pre-drying Conditions should be 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours and 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 hours, depending on moisture content. The product should be stored in a dry and light-protected environment, not exceeding 30°C. It is important to adhere to the recommended pre-drying and storage conditions to ensure optimal performance of the product.
