MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 4920/180 MR20 is a polypropylene homopolymer with 20% talcum, which offers hot water resistance, good chemical resistance, heat stability, easy release (demolding), and good flow. It is designed for injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and mold temperature of 20-70°C. Pre-drying conditions should be done in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours or in an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours. This material is suitable for applications in the building and construction and automotive industry, such as interior decoration/finishing, injection molded parts and housings, fixing elements, and functional components.
