PERMABOND® ES562 is a single-part epoxy adhesive which flows like solder when heated during curing. The adhesive has excellent adhesion to metal surfaces and composites. The high bond strength of this adhesive allows it to replace mechanical fastening, soldering or brazing. The adhesive’s low viscosity is such that it self-levels.

PERMABOND® TA459 is a structural acrylic adhesive designed primarily for bonding metals, ferrites, ceramics and some thermoplastics. This product was specifically designed to be non-corrosive to sensitive copper parts or other electrically conductive surfaces. The fast curing rate and rapid strength development of this material allows for increased production rate.

PERMABOND® PT328 is a 2-part, room temperature curing polyurethane adhesive. It is ideal for use on a wide variety of substrate materials including metals, plastics and composites. Its long pot life makes it suitable for covering large areas. It has excellent environmental and chemical resistance.

PERMABOND® TA435 is a structural acrylic adhesive designed primarily for bonding metals, ferrites, ceramics and some thermoplastics. This adhesive may be used in a variety of structural bonding applications, due to its versatile performance capabilities.

PERMABOND® ET500 is a two-part fast-setting epoxy adhesive which bonds to a wide variety of substrates such as wood, metal, ceramics and some plastics and composites. It cures rapidly at room temperature to give handling strength in approximately 5 minutes. This product is ideal for general purpose bonding. It is typically used for small component assembly and is suitable for applications that require a clear bond line.

PERMABOND® PT326 is a 2-part, room temperature curing polyurethane adhesive. It is ideal for use on a wide variety of substrate materials including metals, plastics and composites with excellent environmental and chemical resistance.

PERMABOND® ES569 is a single-part heat cured epoxy adhesive with excellent adhesion to metal surfaces as well as composite materials. The high bond strength of this adhesive allows it to replace mechanical fastening, soldering, brazing or welding. ES569 has been designed to be non-sagging, allowing the product to be used in large gaps and on vertical surfaces. It is also ideal for bonding electronic components as it has high wet strength and is non-stringing and produces an excellent drop profile as well as withstanding solder reflow processes.

PERMABOND® TA4246 is a 2-part, no-mix, room temperature curing structural adhesive. It is ideal for use on a wide variety of substrate materials and forms a very high strength structural bond with excellent environmental durability and chemical resistance. It has high peel strength and excellent impact resistance and can be used to replace rivets or welding to give a more lightweight, durable assembly. Use with Permabond® Initiator 46.

PERMABOND® TA439 is a two component structural acrylic adhesive designed primarily for bonding metals, ferrites, ceramics and some plastics. The typical fixture time of is 20-40 seconds. The fast fixture time of TA439 makes it an ideal adhesive for high speed production lines. This product provides high strength, tough, durable bonds with good impact resistance and performs well in drop tests.

PERMABOND® MT382 two-part, modified epoxy adhesive designed for sealing/bonding and potting applications. It has excellent adhesion to Nylon, ABS, Polycarbonate and other plastics as well as a variety of different metals. The product can be cured in different mix ratios depending on the flexibility required in the final cured product. MT382 is self-leveling.

PERMABOND® TA436 is a structural acrylic adhesive designed primarily for bonding metals, ferrites, ceramics and some thermoplastics. Permabond TA436 is a no-mix system which obtains handling strength 1-3 minutes when the adhesive and the Initiator 43 come in contact. Permabond TA436 offers high shear and impact resistant bonds and improved high temperature resistance.

PERMABOND® TA430 is a structural acrylic adhesive designed primarily for bonding metals, ferrites, ceramics, wood, and some thermoplastics. This adhesive may be used in a variety of structural bonding applications due to its versatile performance capabilities.

PERMABOND® PT321 is a 2-part, room temperature curing polyurethane adhesive. It is ideal for use on a wide variety of substrate materials including metals, plastics and composites.

PERMABOND® ES578 is a single-part heat cured epoxy adhesive with excellent adhesion to metal surfaces, ceramics as well as composite materials. ES578 provides excellent thermal conductivity and bond strength. ES578 was designed for applications requiring heat dissipation such as bonding aluminum heat sinks to ceramic headers.

PERMABOND® TA437 is a single component structural acrylic adhesive designed primarily for bonding metals, ferrites and ceramics. The typical fixture time of TA437 when used with Initiator 41 is 20-30 seconds. The fast fixture time of TA437 makes it an ideal adhesive for high speed production lines. When the use of the activator is not desirable, the material will cure anaerobically in a close-fitting joint / in presence of metal, the fixture time will be 5-10 minutes. This product provides high strength, tough, durable bonds with good impact resistance.

PERMABOND® ES558 is a single-part epoxy paste which flows like solder when heated during curing. The adhesive is toughened for maximum impact resistance, along with excellent peel and shear strength. ES558 is ideal for bonding a wide range of materials including metals, ferrites, ceramics and composites.

PERMABOND® TA452 is a low-odor 2-part, 1:1 toughened acrylic adhesive. It can be used to bond a wide variety of materials including metals, plastics, GRP, ceramics, wood and other substrates. It is convenient to use in an easy-to-dispense cartridge with mixing nozzle or can be applied bead-on-bead* without static mixer.

PERMABOND® MT3821 is a 2:1, two-part, modified epoxy adhesive designed for sealing and bonding. It has excellent adhesion to Nylon, ABS, Polycarbonate and other plastics as well as a variety of different metals. When cured, this adhesive is soft and flexible.

PERMABOND® ET5393 is a 1:1 mixable epoxy adhesive. It is fully toughened and ideal for structural applications exposed impact and vibration stresses. It is ideal for bonding different materials where differential thermal expansion is anticipated. ET5393 can be used to bond a wide variety of materials including plastics, composites and metals – in particular, stainless steel. Unlike many other epoxies, ET5393 is less affected by low temperatures during cure and exhibits a reliable cure in colder conditions.

PERMABOND® ES550 is a single-part epoxy paste which is slump-resistant (does not flow) during cure. The adhesive is toughened for maximum impact resistance, along with excellent peel and shear strength. ES550 is ideal for bonding a wide range of materials including metals, ferrites, ceramics and composites.
