ELASTOSIL® A07 Translucent is a free-flowing, solvent-based RTV-1 silicone dispersion. It cures at room temperature or at elevated temperatures by reacting with air humidity to form a flexible silicone coating. During cure, it splits off an organic amine. It can be applied by dipping, spraying, brushing, or coating. Thinner coatings can be obtained by the addition of solvents (e.g. toluene, white spirit); thicker coatings can be realized by multiple-step coating.

WACKER® Silicone Paste P 250 is an opaque paste with a medium consistency and slight thixotropic properties. ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/50 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. GENIOSIL® GF 82 is an epoxy-functional alkoxysilane. It is a clear, colorless liquid with a characteristic odor similar to gasoline. It hydrolyzes slowly in the presence of water, releasing ethanol, and forms silanols that can react with themselves to produce siloxanes or bind to inorganic substrates. The epoxy group on GENIOSIL® GF 82 can undergo a ring-opening reaction with nucleophiles such as alcohols and amines.

ELASTOSIL® R 757/60 is a high-consistency silicone rubber (HCR) known for its exceptional resistance to hot air, especially when a heat stabilizer is added. ELASTOSIL® LR 3851/50 A/B is a low-oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3851 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component product with a short curing time and very good demoldability (high hot tear resistance). Shortly after curing, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface. The vulcanizates are opaque, have very good mechanical and electrical properties, excellent cut resistance, and a low compression set without post-cure.

SEMICOSIL® M3E is a high-purity methyltriethoxysilane (M3E) known for its excellent purity, low metal content, and low chloride content. HDK® H18 is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H18 is used as a thickening and thixotropic agent in composites, coatings, adhesives, and sealants, particularly in vinylester, epoxy, and polyurethane systems.

ELASTOSIL® RT 772 is a flowable, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone used for potting and coating applications. HDK® T30 is a hydrophilic, synthetic, amorphous silica produced through flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. In comparison with ELASTOSIL® LR 3070 grades, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50-70%. The vulcanizates are noted for their excellent mechanical and electrical properties. WACKER® APF 130 STAB is a clear, brown-colored polydimethylsiloxane with a high proportion of phenyl groups.
