The halved cherries are individually quick-frozen in a commercial freezing unit, packed at 0°F - 5°F, and stored in accordance with good commercial practices at 0°F for best preservation.

Cherry Central IQF Dark Sweet Pitted Cherries, Diced (FP04-12) are prepared from IQF dark sweet cherries. The frozen cherries are tempered and randomly diced, filled into polylined cartons, and stored frozen in a commercial freezing unit at 0°F for preservation.

Cherry Central Frozen Dark Sweet Cherries, Elliott Pitted (FP04-04) are prepared from the properly ripened fruit of commercial dark sweet cherry varieties. The fruit is carefully harvested and handled rapidly prior to processing. The cherries are then size graded, destemmed, washed, sorted, drained and Elliott pitted. The cherries are packed and frozen in accordance with good commercial practices and maintained at 0°F or less for the best preservation of this product.

Cherry Central Organic Red Tart Cherry Juice, Frozen - Single Strength (FP13-273) is prepared from the unfermented juice of Montmorency Red Tart Cherries (Prunus Cerasus). The collected juice is de-pectinized, filtered, and pasteurized. The final juice is packed in polylined barrels or plastic pails, frozen, and stored at 0°F.

Cherry Central Frozen Blueberries, Cultivated- Sized 1/2” and Under (FP02-78) are prepared from sound, properly ripened fresh fruit of the blueberry bush (Genus Vaccinium), which are cleaned and destemmed, properly washed, packaged in a polylined box, and frozen at 0°F or less. Frozen blueberries shall meet the minimum requirements of the U.S.D.A. for Grade A.

Cherry Central Red Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate 68° Brix - Essence Returned (FP07-03) is prepared from 100% unfermented juice of Montmorency Red Tart Cherries (Prunus Cerasus). The collected juice is depectinized, filtered, and concentrated to 68 brix, with the essence returned. The final concentrate is barreled and frozen at 0°F.

HOMECRAFT® Pulse 1103 Flour - 37103E00 is a pea flour made from the mechanically milled and processed dehulled split pea cotyledons obtained from sound, healthy, dry, and clean peas (Pisum sativum). This flour is available in a powdered, solid form and is primarily composed of pea flour.

Cherry Central Red Tart Pitted Cherries, IQF - Diced (FP07-59) are prepared from properly ripened fruit of the Montmorency variety group. The fruit is carefully harvested, washed, cooled, and rapidly handled prior to processing. Cherries are destemmed, sorted, sized, and pitted. The fruit is individually quick frozen, packaged in a polylined box, passed through a metal detector, and stored at 0°F or less. The IQF cherries are removed from the freezer, mechanically halved, conveyed across a shaker screen, sorted, and inspected. The halved cherries are sent through the slicer a second time, producing a random-cut diced cherry (approximately 3/8" dice). The fruit is repackaged and passed through a metal detector before returning to the freezer.

Cherry Central Frozen Blueberries, Cultivated (FP02--07) are prepared from sound, properly ripened fresh fruits of the blueberry bush (Genus Vaccinium). These fruits are cleaned, destemmed, properly washed, packaged in a polylined box, and frozen at 0°F or less. Cherry Central Red Sour Cherry Juice Concentrate 65° Brix - Essence Returned (FP07-60) is prepared from 100% unfermented juice of Montmorency Red Sour Cherries (Prunus Cerasus). The collected juice is depectinized, filtered, and concentrated to 68 brix with the essence returned. The final concentrate is barreled and frozen at 0°F.

Cherry Central Balaton Cherries - IQF (FP07-51) are prepared from properly ripened, balaton type, variety group fruit. The fruit is carefully harvested, washed, cooled, and rapidly handled prior to processing. Cherries are sized, destemmed, sorted, and pitted. The Balaton cherries are individually quick frozen, packaged in a polylined box, and stored at 0°F or less. All products are evaluated based on U.S. Standards for grades of frozen red tart pitted cherries (June 1974) Grade A.

Cherry Central Red Tart Pitted Cherries, Organic - IQF (FP07-54) are prepared from properly ripened fruit of the red tart cherry variety group Montmorency. The fruit is certified organic from the orchard, washed, cooled and rapidly handled prior to processing. Cherries are then sized, destemmed, sorted and pitted. Red tart pitted cherries are then individually quick frozen and packaged in a poly lined box and then stored at 0°F or less. All products are evaluated based on U.S. Standards for grades of frozen red tart pitted cherries (June 1974), Grade A or B.

Cherry Central 5+1 Red Tart Cherries - Elliott Pitted (FP07-38) are prepared from properly ripened fruit of the red tart cherry variety group Montmorency. The fruit is carefully harvested, washed, cooled, and rapidly handled prior to processing. Red tart Elliott pitted cherries (5+1 pack) are packed at 25 pounds per container, topped with 5 pounds of dry sugar to prevent oxidation, and frozen at 0°F or lower. All products are evaluated based on U.S. Standards for grades of Frozen red tart pitted cherries (June 1974) Grade A, B, C or substandard.

NATIONAL™ 1457 - 06810111 modified food starch is derived from waxy maize. This starch is utilized in canned food systems where high shear and temperatures are encountered. It also has application in low pH fruit fillings where heat penetration and end viscosity are maximized.
