Flytac 192 is a water-white thermoplastic resin obtained from the polymerization of aromatic and hydrogenation. It is widely applied in hot melt adhesive (HMA), and pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) because of its good heat resistance and good compatibility with base polymers such as SIS, EVA, SBS, SEBS, and polyolefin. It can also be used in road marking, BOPP masterbatch, and rubber compounding.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® PE SL FC 0205-14 EA is a base polymer consisting of polyethylene low density with a filler/additive system of 2% lubricant. It has a minimum shelf life of 6 months and is dosage dependent on application and operational area, with 5% extrusion and 5% injection molding. It has special features including a slip agent, migration towards surface, food contact, high additive content, free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, high dispersibility, and dust-free. It is suitable for use in polyethylene low density, polyethylene linear low density, polyethylene high density, ethylene acrylic acid copolymer, polypropylene, and polypropylene copolymer.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® PA IM NC2595-14 is a high-impact, modified and heat-stabilized polyamide 66 base polymer, suitable for application in cable ties. For optimal performance, it should be pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at temperatures below 80°C for 2-12 hours, depending on the moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. The injection molding temperature should be between 270-290°C, and the mold temperature should be between 40-80°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® PA-UV V 1955/2 is a polyamide polymer designed for use in building and construction applications. It is suitable for injection molding, extrusion and blow molding processes with a melt temperature of 250-270°C and a mold temperature of 40-80°C. Dosage should be adjusted depending on the application and operational area, wall thickness, and required color intensity, ranging from 2-5%. This polymer has special features, such as being highly UV stabilized, having high dispersibility, being dust-free, and having a high additive content.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® PC LDX 0210-15 is a polycarbonate base polymer with a dosage range of 1-5%, depending on the application and operational area. It has special features such as high light diffusion and light scattering, and is suitable for use in various market segments and applications. To ensure its efficacy, it should be stored in a tightly sealed container to protect it from light.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® TPU EH A 950-3880 is a Thermoplastic Urethan Elastomer with a dosage of 5% for extrusion and 5% for injection molding, depending on the application and operational area. It contains a lubricant and a release agent, is free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, has high dispersibility, and a high additive content. It is used in the automotive, machinery, building and construction, and sport and leisure industries for injection molded parts and extruded parts.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® ABS AS A 0031-05 is a dosage of 5% extrusion and 5% injection molding dependent on application and operational area. The base polymer is Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer and the filler/additive system is antistatic - short term. It is suitable for use in Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer and is ideal for market segments such as automotive, electrical and electronic, building and construction, sport and leisure, and domestic appliances. It can be applied for both injection molded and extruded parts.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® ABS LB WT1070-16 is a white Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer injection molding material with a Dosage of 11%, containing 70% special filler, and a Light Fastness colorant of blue woolscale 8. It has highly reflective, opaque, and high additive content characteristics, with a slip agent included. It is suitable for Automotive and Lighting Market Segments, and is used for lighting and light blocking components. The recommended Processing Injection molding melt temperature is between 220-260°C and the mold temperature should be between 50-80°C. The Thermal Stability colorant should not exceed 300°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® POM SL 0268-19 is a Polyoxymethylene Copolymer with a dosage of 1.0-2.0% for extrusion and 1.0-2.0% for injection molding, depending on the application and operational area. It has a natural color, is free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, is dust-free, and has a high dispersibility and additive content. It is intended for use in the electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure market segments, and can be used for injection molded parts, blow molded parts, and extruded parts. For optimal use, it should be stored in a dry place, protected from light.
