Crys-Talc® 4H-4HC is a high-purity, high-brightness, platy, medium-sized talc used in interior and exterior coating, adhesive, and sealant formulations to reduce hard settling, improve sag resistance, and maximize prime pigment extension. Crys-Talc® 4H is used in solid-color and semitransparent wood stains to prevent tannin bleed and improve gloss uniformity without introducing abrasive characteristics. Crys-Talc® 4H has a platy, hydrophobic structure used in  architectural and industrial primers to improve barrier properties which impart corrosion resistance and stain blocking  ability.

AFCONA 5209 is an anionic/cationic wetting and dispersing additive used to improve the wetting of pigment surfaces. AFCONA 5209 is the 100% version of AFCONA 5009. It reduces the interfacial tension between pigments or extenders and the vehicle. It stabilizes the pigments through electrical charge repulsion forces.

IMSIL® A-15 is a microcrystalline silica filler that is produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Easily wetted and dispersed in either solvent or water-based systems, IMSIL® is selected for its excellent tint retention, durability over prolonged exposure, and resistance to dirt and weathering.

Syntran® 6303 is a water-based, cationic acrylic copolymer solution that is recommended for stain-blocking paints and primers. It has excellent performance in blocking wood and cork extractives, nicotine, graffiti, soot, and water stains. It is especially recommended for wood primers where sandability is required. Syntran® 6303 is recommended for interior use and also for the formulation of coatings with excellent adhesion properties on critical substrates, such as glass, ceramic tiles, zinc, aged alkyd paints, etc.

AFCONA 7201 is recommended for unsaturated polyester, PVC, epoxy, and polyurethane resin systems. It is a moderately strong defoamer, but is not suitable for unpigmented/clear systems, as it may cause in-can haziness. However, this has a negligible effect on final gloss and will not influence other properties of the system.

Casiflux CA 45 is a white wollastonite (calcium silicate) powder that is used in glazes and ceramic bodies. It is used as a filler for paints, plastics, welding electrodes, metallurgical powders, cement fiber boards, calcium silicate boards and bricks, and low temperature refractories.

AFCONA 4597 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant that is ideal for use in water-based decorative and industrial paints. It prevents negative flocculation effects, such as flooding and floating, while also improving storage stability. It is particularly effective for producing water-based, resin-free pigment concentrates.

AFCONA 3770 is a leveling agent with good defoaming effect and anti-crater working for solvent-based coatings. Fluorocarbon modified acrylic polymer. AFCONA 3770 is a fluorocarbon modified acrylic polymer. Besides acting as an effective leveling agent, it also gives a strong defoaming effect as well as anti-crater properties.

AFCONA 6745 is a synergist additive that is specifically designed for use with phthalocyanine pigments, carbon blacks, and organic violets. It should not be used on its own, but rather in combination with one of the AFCONA 4000-series high molecular weight dispersants.

Syntran® 6130 is based on Interpolymer Corporation's hybrid acrylic technology. This technology combines two different ionic structures in the same polymer network, increasing the adhesion to multiple substrates while providing a firm film. This milky dispersion is used in concrete and wood coatings.

Portaryte® B15 is produced from carefully selected, very white, naturally occurring baryte. The standardized quality of Portaryte® is guaranteed by means of an ISO 9001-certified quality management plan. The chemical composition of the raw material and the finished product is closely monitored, and the particle size is kept within a narrow variation. Fine grades of Portaryte® fillers have been specially developed for powder coating applications. They are successfully used as an alternative for fine synthetic blanc fixe in high-gloss applications.

AFCONA 4720 is a 100% active, solvent-free dispersion agent based on a three-block high molecular weight polymer and a group of anchoring agents. Its advanced structure allows for the development of pigment dispersions that have improved compatibility across a wide range of applications.

Casiflux A 38 is wollastonite (calcium silicate), which helps in reducing the melting temperature of the body and allows for the development of new mineral phases along the firing cycle. This product helps as a reinforcement filler for paints, sealants, road marking paints, brake linings, and gaskets.

Syntran® 1671 is based on a patented bimodal technology with film-forming properties. This technology combines two different ionic structures in the same polymer network, increasing the adhesion to multiple substrates while providing a firm film. This technology allows a formulator to take advantage of the good aspects of cationic acrylic without the traditional compatibility issues.

Syntran® 3211 is based on shell-core technology. This technology creates a film with very high gloss, block resistance, rub resistance, and printability with multiple ink types. This technology also allows for excellent adhesion over multiple substrate types. This milky dispersion is used in label, board, and packaging coatings (OPV).

Syntran® PA-1445 is based on a patented acrylic-olefin graft technology. This unique incorporation of olefin onto the backbone of the acrylic increases the wear resistance and stability of the formulation without sacrificing the burnishability of the wax when used in a floor finish.

AFCONA 6755 is in the same category as AFCONA 6745, however, it is specifically designed for water-based systems. Therefore, it should always be used in combination with one of the AFCONA 4000-series high molecular weight dispersants. The specially modified surface of AFCONA 6755 provides an anchoring spot for the dispersant on the pigment. Thus, it improves the anchoring efficiency of a dispersant, which gives better pigment stability.

Pangel B42 is an organically modified sepiolite powdered additive with a high thickening and anti-settling capacity for high polarity systems, particularly recommended for systems based on alcohol, glycol and ketone type solvents, as well as in mixtures of those with water.

DeCAL 4040 is a self-crosslinking resin for direct-to-metal coatings, a universal thermoplastic Styrene/Acrylic copolymer in emulsion form offering enhanced flexibility, high water resistance, and excellent pigment binding power, adhesion, and gloss. DeCAL 4040 offers good block resistance, good compatibility with associative thickeners, and fast drying.

AFCONA K172 is a wetting and dispersing additive designed to prevent flooding and sedimentation of pigments. It is a silicone-free version of AFCON K172 and can be used in the same applications. Additionally, AFCONA K172 can be post-added to resolve flooding and floating issues. When combined with a suitable high molecular weight dispersant, it can also act as a co-grinding agent.

Syntran® 1940 is based on a proprietary "green" crosslinking technology. This technology combines the traditional water-based styrene acrylate copolymer with a proprietary self-crosslinking system that will add extended life to green floor polishes. This technology also allows for high abrasion resistance, low maintenance, and high speed burnishing floor finishes that are still removable with standard stripping solutions.

Portafill® A micronized functional fillers are used in thermosetting powder coatings as an alternative to barium sulfate, when the high density is a limitation. In addition, Portafill® A fillers are less prone to the phenomenon known as "water spotting" in comparison to barium sulfate. It has very good chemical inertness (for outdoor and chemical applications).

AFCONA 4599 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant with strong viscosity reduction properties, specifically designed for use in water-based industrial paints. It is a wetting and dispersing agent that enables organic, inorganic pigments, and carbon blacks to be more easily dispersed and remain more stable in the paint.

AFCONA 5504S is a multi-functional additive that can help wet out difficult or contaminated substrates, lower the surface tension of the coating system, improve pigment grind efficiency, and prevent surface defects such as fisheyes, edge crawl, and craters. Furthermore, its great defoaming properties reduce water sensitivity of the final system due to its hydrophobic nature.

Portalum® A 25 is produced from refractory agglomerated super calcined (RASC) bauxite. The main constituent is the mineral corundum. The standardized quality of Portalum® A 25 is guaranteed by means of an ISO 9001-certified quality management plan. Raw materials and production are closely monitored to ensure consistency in chemical composition and grain size.

AFCONA 5244 is the nearly 100% active solid version of AFCONA 5044, designed for high-solid systems where the presence of solvents must be limited. When used at the same level of active solids, the properties of AFCONA 5244 and AFCONA 5044 are almost identical.

DeCAL 1007 is a hydrophobically modified synthetic alkali swellable , solvent free and liquid thickener for water borne systems. It is highly effective to increase low shear viscosities as well as yield values. Levels of use can thus be significantly reduced in replacing the usual low shear effective thickeners by DeCAL 1007.

DeCAL 2043 is a low viscosity product used to disperse inorganic pigments and fillers in waterborne systems. It is especially suited for use in silk and gloss emulsion paints where its compatibility with glycols maintains the gloss of the system.

AFCONA 2505 is a water-based defoamer and anti-foam, especially designed for micro foams. It is an organically modified polysiloxane, providing good defoaming and anti-foaming properties in all water-based coatings. It offers excellent performance against micro foam, even in high shear applications such as long period grinding. It maintains its good defoaming and anti-foam performance under high shear conditions.
