MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® CFX ABS 1000 UV 16002 GY1001-16MCS is a UV stabilized Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer with a metallic effect. It is suitable for injection molded housings and should be pre-dried by 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours, or 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 hours depending on moisture content. The melt temperature for processing should be between 220-260°C and the mold temperature should be between 50-80°C. Additionally, it should be stored in a dry, light-protected environment.
