MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PA66 910/1 NU SV1057-03MCF is a Polyamide 66 base polymer with a metallic effect and low tendency to flow lines, fast solidifying, and easy release (demolding). It is used in the automotive, electrical and electronic, and building and construction markets for injection molded parts and housings. The pre-drying conditions for this material are 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 h depending on moisture content. The processing injection molding parameters are melt temperature 270-290°C and mold temperature 40-80°C.
