ALCOM® PBT 700/1.5 HR GF15 PTFE15

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PBT 700/1.5 HR GF15 PTFE15 is a pre-drying conditions polymer with a base polymer of polybutylene terephthalate, a filler/additive system of 15% glass fibers and 15% PTFE, and special features of improved sliding/wear, high stiffness, good hydrolysis resistance, and heat stabilization. Its applications areas include automotive, machinery, gear wheels, roller bearings, and its typical applications include functional components, bearings and sliding elements. Processing injection molding requires a melt temperature of 250-270°C and a mold temperature of 80-120°C.
