MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® POM 770/1 GF20 PTFE15 is a Polyoxymethylene Copolymer containing 20% glass fibers and 15% PTFE. It has improved sliding/wear and heat-stabilized properties, making it suitable for automotive and machinery applications such as gear wheels, roller bearings, and functional components, bearings, and sliding elements. Processing for injection molding is at a melt temperature of 190-230°C and a mold temperature of 60-120°C.
