MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® POM 770/1 PTFE1,5 is a polyoxymethylene copolymer with 1.5% PTFE added as a filler/additive system, designed to improve sliding/wear. It is used in the automotive and machinery market segments for functional components, gear wheels, roller bearings, and sliding elements. For processing injection molding, the recommended melt temperature is 180-220°C and the mold temperature is 60-100°C. The product should be stored in a dry, light-protected environment at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
