MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® POM 770/1 PTFE20 is a Polyoxymethylene Copolymer filled with 20% PTFE, which improves sliding and wear properties. It is used for automotive and machinery applications, such as gear wheels, roller bearings, functional components, bearings and sliding elements. The recommended melt temperature for injection molding is 180-220°C and the mold temperature should be 60-120°C. Additionally, the product should be stored in a dry place, protected from light, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
