MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 3030/100 is a polypropylene homopolymer with a 30% glass bead filler/additive system, specially designed for easy release (demolding) and slip agent. It is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C and can be used to create building and construction, sport and leisure applications, such as injection molded parts, interior and household goods, hygiene products, and housings. To ensure best results, pre-drying conditions should be in an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 h, or in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 h.
