Pre-drying conditions include 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours and 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 hours, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of <0.20%. Melt temperature for injection molding is 200-240°C and mold temperature is 50-80°C. The product should be protected from light and stored at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® PA-UV V 1955/2 is a polyamide polymer designed for use in building and construction applications. It is suitable for injection molding, extrusion and blow molding processes with a melt temperature of 250-270°C and a mold temperature of 40-80°C. Dosage should be adjusted depending on the application and operational area, wall thickness, and required color intensity, ranging from 2-5%. It is used for various applications and pre-dried in an air circulating dryer at a temperature of 60-90°C for 2-4 hours, depending on the moisture content with a maximum moisture content of 0.05%. For processing injection molding, the extrusion melt temperature should range from 180-230°C and the injection molding temperature should be 40-80°C.

LUPOLEN KONZENTRAT AB 20 GF is a high-quality additive designed for use in polyethylene low density. It contains an anti-blocking agent and silica as a filler/additive system. The recommended dosage for extrusion is 3-5%. It is important to store this product in a dry place and protect it from light.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® PE SL FC 0207-14 OA is a base polymer of polyethylene low density with a filler/additive system of 2% lubricant. MOCOM Compounds CELLIDOR® B 631-12,5 is a cellulose acetate butyrate polymer with a phthalate-free plasticiser system of 12-13%, a light stabilizer, and added features of high toughness, high surface quality, high surface gloss, good haptics, and good weathering resistance. It is used for extruded parts and profiles.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL ECO A75I 2GP0000 is a black thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) polymer recyclate with excellent resistance to weathering, chemicals, ozone, hot air, and hydrolysis. It is suitable for a wide variety of applications, including injection molded parts, extruded parts, coextrusion, seals, sealing lips, handles, racking/shelving, impact protection/shock absorbers, protection caps, soft touch elements, cable ducts, casters, profiles, and 2K components. MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® ABS AS A 0031-05 is a dosage of 5% extrusion and 5% injection molding dependent on application and operational area. The base polymer is Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer and the filler/additive system is antistatic - short term. MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® TPU 810/3070.1 CF15 is a polyurethane estertype base polymer with 15% carbon fibers as filler/additive system, and is electrically conductive with reduced surface resistivity. For optimal performance, it should be pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer or air circulating dryer at 80-110°C for 1-3 hours with a maximum moisture content of <0.05%.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function PA AO A OR3058-12 is a polyamide-based colorant with a light fastness of blue woolscale 7 and an orange color, similar to RAL 2010. It is free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments and has a high dispersibility, a high additive content, and is dust-free. It is suitable for injection molded parts, blow molded parts, and extruded parts and should be pre-dried at 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours depending on moisture content.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® PBT A BK979-3116 is a black colorant, similar to RAL 9004, for use in Polybutylene Terephthalate. It has a dosage of 5% extrusion and 5% injection molding, dependent on wall thickness and required color intensity, as well as the application and operational area. It has a light fastness colorant of blue woolscale 8 and must be pre-dried with a maximum moisture content of <0.04%. For processing injection molding, an extrusion melt temperature of 180-230°C and an indie temperature of 40-80°C are required.

MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L PPS 1000 15087 is a polyphenylene sulfide base polymer that has been elastomer modified for high toughness. It is suitable for both extrusion and injection molding. The pre-drying conditions should be in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 100-130°C for 2-4 hours. The melt temperature for extrusion should be 290-310°C, while the melt temperature and mold temperature for injection molding should be 290-310°C and >100°C respectively.
