ELASTOSIL® LR 3005/40 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3005 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the excellent compression set, there is no need to post-cure technical parts.

ELASTOSIL® RT 705 is a self-leveling, slightly thixotropic, one-part silicone that cures with heat. It is primarily used for potting and coating applications but can also be used as a surface adhesive when applied in a thin layer, such as by silk-screen printing. Once cured, ELASTOSIL® RT 705 exhibits excellent adhesion to various substrates and demonstrates long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The cured silicone rubber can withstand continuously changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 230 °C (446 °F) without sustaining any damage.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3842/70 A/B is a low-oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3842 series. It is a paste-like, easily  pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times. Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and exhibit good mechanical and electrical properties, as well as very low compression sets.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/30 R A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high transparency and excellent mechanical properties.

ELASTOSIL® A07 Translucent is a free-flowing, solvent-based RTV-1 silicone dispersion. It cures at room temperature or at elevated temperatures by reacting with air humidity to form a flexible silicone coating. During cure, it splits off an organic amine. It can be applied by dipping, spraying, brushing, or coating. Thinner coatings can be obtained by the addition of solvents (e.g. toluene, white spirit); thicker coatings can be realized by multiple-step coating.

SILRES® H62 C is a liquid, solvent-free, one-part heat-curing phenyl silicone resin formulation. The product is ideal for impregnating the electrical coils of motors and generators. Besides, SILRES® H62 C can be used to provide hydrophobic properties to porous materials and as a binder for composites made of fibrous fillers, cloths, and woven or non-woven reinforcing materials. The formulation is ready-to-use and crosslinks under heat. While curing, SILRES® H62 C does not release chemical byproducts, so curing shrinkage is barely noticeable. The product also thermosets in thick layers, even when in contact with air. Fully cured SILRES® H62 C has excellent electrical insulation properties and outstanding long-term heat resistance. Additionally, it shows high stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light and can therefore be continuously exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions or UV radiation.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3065/50 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3065 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time and a low coefficient of friction. In comparison with ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 grades, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50-70%. The vulcanizates are noted for their excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the excellent compression set, there is no need to post-cure technical parts.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3043/40 A/B A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3043 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a very short curing time. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties.

POWERSIL® 567 is a one-component silicone dispersion that, upon curing, forms a durable high-voltage insulator coating with excellent electrical properties. It exhibits very good resistance to weathering and outstanding tracking resistance. Moreover, POWERSIL® 567 creates a long-term hydrophobic surface, effectively preventing the formation of wet conductive films and reducing the risk of pollution flashovers.

GENIOSIL® XL 10 is an alkoxyvinyl silane compound. When exposed to moisture, the silane undergoes hydrolysis, resulting in the release of methanol. This hydrolysis process leads to the formation of silanols, which have the ability to react with each other and form siloxanes. The applications of GENIOSIL® XL 10 include marine and protective coatings, plastic additives, and plastic crosslinking.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3675/30 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3675 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time and a low coefficient of friction. In comparison with ELASTOSIL® LR 3070 grades, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50-70%. The vulcanizates are noted for their excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the low compression set, there is no need to post-cure finished parts.

SEMICOSIL® 9242 is a pourable, thermally curable, addition-curing one-part silicone rubber that cures to a very soft silicone gel. This product is ready-to-use, requiring no additional mixing. It exhibits thixotropic behavior, meaning it becomes shear-thinning during application. SEMICOSIL® 9242 offers rapid heat curing, allowing for efficient processing. Upon vulcanization, it forms a soft gel. With low levels of volatiles, uncured polymers, and ions, this silicone rubber ensures high purity. Additionally, SEMICOSIL® 9242 has the additional feature of ultraviolet fluorescence.

SEMICOSIL® M3E is a high-purity methyltriethoxysilane (M3E) known for its excellent purity, low metal content, and low chloride content. This product has been specifically developed for the semiconductor industry, serving as a precursor for low dielectric constant interlayer dielectrics and other applications.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3851/50 A/B is a low-oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3851 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component product with a short curing time and very good demoldability (high hot tear resistance). Shortly after curing, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface. The vulcanizates are opaque, have very good mechanical and electrical properties, excellent cut resistance, and a low compression set without post-cure.

ELASTOSIL® E47 Transparent is a non-slump, one-component acetoxy-cure silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It shows particularly excellent adhesion to cured silicone elastomers. Vulcanization can be accelerated by elevated temperatures (up to 80°C).

HDK® T30 is a hydrophilic, synthetic, amorphous silica produced through flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. HDK® T30 is a white colloidal powder of high purity. It finds application in inkjet paper, make-up, powder coatings, printing inks, and rheology control.

ELASTOSIL® RT 772 is a flowable, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone used for potting and coating applications.
