SEMICOSIL® 988/1K Grey is a non-slump, thermally curable, one-part silicone rubber. It is a ready-to-use system that exhibits low viscosity during dispensing, making it easy to work with. VINNAPAS® UW 1 FS is a tasteless, solid, thermoplastic homopolymer. It is a clear and colorless resin obtained through the polymerization of vinyl acetate. This versatile product finds application in various fields, including fiber-reinforced plastics, adhesives, powder injection molding, and sound damping.

ELASTOSIL® E209 is a one-component silicone rubber with low viscosity that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric humidity. It has a flowable consistency and utilizes an acetoxy-cure mechanism. ELASTOSIL E209 demonstrates good primerless adhesion to a variety of substrates. For optimal results in specific applications, it is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to optimize the conditions.

ELASTOSIL® A 4 is a carbon dioxide-vulcanizing, solventless, one-component, curable elastomer designed for silk screen applications. It is a moisture-curing material with a very long shelf life. Once ELASTOSIL® A 4 is in place on the substrate, the cure may be induced by exposure to a combination of carbon dioxide and moisture. Adhesion may be improved by mildly preheating the substrate.

SEMICOSIL® 987 GR is a one-part, ready-to-use, thermally curable silicone elastomer that exhibits non-slump properties. It is primarily used as a sealing adhesive. The silicone is thixotropic in nature, allowing for easy application and shaping. It offers high flexibility, making it suitable for low-stress adhesive bonding, such as in molded-in-place gasket (FIPG) applications. Additionally, SEMICOSIL® 987 GR provides primerless adhesion to a wide range of substrates.

ELASTOSIL® RT 773 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 773 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The compressible silicone elastomer can continuously endure changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 140°C (284°F) without damage.

ELASTOSIL® E43 Black is a self-leveling, one-component acetoxy-cure silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It shows excellent mechanical properties and has good adhesion properties to many substrates. In particular used as adhesive on cured silicone rubber.

ELASTOSIL® E4 is a non-slump, acetoxy-cure, one-component silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits good heat stability, with permanent temperatures up to 180°C and peak temperatures up to 200°C. This product has excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates.

ELASTOSIL® E14 Red is a non-sag acetoxy-cure silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It shows excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates and outstanding heat stability even in long-term exposure. It meets the physical requirements of MIL-A-46106, Group I, Type I, and Group III, Type I.

ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 1200 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone adhesive designed for the solar industry. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 1200 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The silicone elastomer can endure constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 180°C (356°F) without damage.

ELASTOSIL® RT 778 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone adhesive. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 778 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The silicone elastomer can continuously endure changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures up to 250°C (482°F) without damage.

ELASTOSIL® RT 702 White is a non-slump, one-part heat-curing silicone adhesive. The cured material demonstrates very good adhesion to many substrates and long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The cured silicone rubber can continuously withstand constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 210°C (410°F) without sustaining damage.

SEMICOSIL® 986/1K is a thermally curable, one-part silicone rubber known for its non-slump properties. It is a ready-to-use system, requiring no additional mixing. The silicone rubber is thixotropic in nature and exhibits a translucent appearance. SEMICOSIL® 986/1K possesses medium hardness and high flexibility, making it suitable as a low-stress adhesive. It offers primerless adhesion to various substrates. Furthermore, this silicone rubber undergoes rapid heat curing and features ultraviolet fluorescence properties.

ELASTOSIL® RT 771 is a self-leveling, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone adhesive. ELASTOSIL® R 3113 A/B is a two-component, heat-curing silicone rubber adhesive. It is used for fast bonding of cured silicone rubber to cured silicone rubber. It is suitable for bonding large, flat shapes. Adhesion can be further improved by post-curing, e.g. at 200°C for 4 h.

SEMICOSIL® 988 TIC is a non-slump, thermally curable, one-part silicone rubber with excellent insulation properties. This product is optimized for insulation coating applications in disk power semiconductors. It is a ready-to-use system that exhibits thixotropic behavior, ensuring easy application and positioning. SEMICOSIL® 988 TIC is transparent, has a medium hardness, and offers high flexibility as a low-stress adhesive.

ELASTOSIL® N 2199 is a one-part, ready-to-use, acid- and solvent-free, non-corrosive RTV-1 non-slumping paste that cures at room temperature to a permanently flexible silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture. It shows excellent adhesion to a broad variety of substrates.

ELASTOSIL® A59 Grey 01 is a self-leveling, one-component, amine-cure formulation that cures at room temperature by reaction with air humidity to form a flexible and durable silicone elastomer. It is particularly suited for screen printing on gaskets. The curing rate can be accelerated by heat exposure or exposure to carbon dioxide concentrations above 1% p.b.v.

ELASTOSIL® RT 779 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone adhesive. When used with curing agent WACKER® Catalyst T 79, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber with outstanding oil resistance. ELASTOSIL® E11 Transparent is a flowable silicone rubber with very good mechanical properties that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. Perfectly suited for lamination, coating, and thin-film potting, the material reliably fills small gaps and voids thanks to its self-leveling properties.

ELASTOSIL® E50 Transparent is a flowable silicone rubber with good mechanical properties that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. This product is a general-purpose solventless flowable sealant and adhesive that shows good primerless adhesion to many substrates.

SEMICOSIL® 9882 A/B is a two-component silicone rubber adhesive that exhibits thixotropic properties and cures at moderate temperatures. It has a thixotropic, pasty consistency, making it easy to apply and work with. This adhesive offers low hardness and low modulus, resulting in excellent compression-set properties and high elongation.

ELASTOSIL® E10 ROT is a one-component acetoxy-cure silicone rubber with low viscosity that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. This product shows good primerless adhesion to many substrates and outstanding heat stability even in long-term exposure.

ELASTOSIL® RT 708 is a self-leveling, slightly thixotropic, one-part silicone that cures with heat. ELASTOSIL® RT 722 RB A/B is a thixotropic, two-component silicone sealing adhesive that cures to an elastomer through thermal curing. It is specifically designed for various sealing applications. This product is well-suited for use as a sealing adhesive for electronic control units, as well as for FIPG (formed-in-place gasket) applications in plastic and metal housings. It can also be used as a dam material for dam-and-fill applications and for sealing and gasketing of housings.

ELASTOSIL® N9111 Grey is a non-slump, alkoxy-cure, one-component silicone that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. Due to its shear-thinning nature, this product is easy to apply. The material starts curing upon contact with air humidity. It shows excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates, like glass, aluminum, stainless steel, PA, and PBT.

Fully cured ELASTOSIL® N9111 Black has excellent flame retardant properties and shows long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and sunlight.

WACKER® HA - Hybrid Adhesive is a high-strength, silicone-free all-purpose adhesive suitable for bonding or repairing many different substrates. It cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a permanent hard rubber. The adhesive is almost odorless, non-corrosive, and non-staining. It can be painted over and is weatherable, making it highly resistant to various media such as mineral oils, solvents, acids, and alkalis.
