BR-5541M is a flexible polyether urethane methacrylate oligomer diluted in 20% IBOA with a low modulus, good adhesion to a variety of substrates, and excellent elasticity. The high molecular weight of the backbone structure offers improved elasticity and rebound versus similar high elongation materials. The low modulus of the material allows for a high degree of flexibility comparable to silicone-based materials such as BRS-14320S, but with improved compatibility and surface cure. The compressibility of the material also offers potential usage in gasket and sealing applications.

BRC-4421 is a difunctional, hydrophobic urethane acrylate that can be formulated into chemical and temperature resistant coatings and resins. The material has low color and excellent adhesion to a wide variety of plastics. The material can be formulated into tough, impact resistant 3D printing resinswith excellent flexibility. It’s ultra-low water absorption makes this an excellent choice for moisture sensitive or hydrophobic applications

The resulting product provides an unusual combination of desirable properties: softness, flexibility, and temperature resistance. BRS-14320S is a candidate for consideration in formulating 100% UV soft-touch coatings and also for electronics applications

Bomar™ BR-345 is a difunctional polyether urethane acrylate that provides unique properties for 3D printing resins. This soft material is ideal for use in applications where high elongation is desired, and can be used as an additive for impact resistance. Resins with less than 1000 cps can be formulated with this material when monomer levels are above 50%.

Bomar® BR-543 is a difunctional, aliphatic, polyether urethane acrylate. Films formulated with BR-543 exhibit superior physical and weathering capabilities. BR-543 may also be used to improve the flexibility, weathering, and adhesion characteristics of existing film and foil coatings.

Bomar®BR-970H is a low viscosity, difunctional, aliphatic urethane acrylate. BR-970H has high modulus and doesn’t necessarily need to be blended with other oligomers to achieve a balance of toughness and flexibility. Bomar™ BR-541S a difunctional, polyether urethane acrylate that is used for its desirable balance of toughness and flexibility. Bomar™ BR-741MD1 is an aliphatic, difunctional polyester urethane acrylate offering excellent adhesion and flexibility. While not limited to these applications, BR-741MD1 is an effective choice in optically clear coatings and inks for plastics and metals. Bomar™ BR-742S is a difunctional, polyester Urethane Acrylate Oligomer that offers good weatherability. Bomar® BR-744BT is an aliphatic difunctional polyester urethane acrylate offering excellent adhesion, and flexibility. Bomar BR-990, an aliphatic polyether urethane triacrylate, is a more flexible option from the BR-900 series of high-purity oligomers. BR-990 can be used effectively in performance coatings applications needing a greater degree of flexibility than is offered by higher functionality materials of the same product line. In addition, BR-990 offers one of the lowest viscosity profiles of any urethane acrylate. It is mainly used as coatings and inks.

Bomar BR-582E8 is an aliphatic polyether urethane acrylate which provides a balance of toughness and flexibility. This oligomer is highly recommended for use in single-coat, flexible coatings on metal and plastic substrates. It is an excellent choice for impact and bend resistant coatings. BR-582E8 also brings desirable weather resistance and low-yellowing properties to formulations utilizing it.

Bomar® BR-372, a medium molecular weight, di-functional, aliphatic polyether urethane acrylate oligomer, is a material offering a balance of toughness and flexibility, with very low color. Formulations with BR-372 yield high clarity films with adhesion to a variety of plastics, and can also be used in the manufacture of UV-curable fiberglass matrix resins. This material has low skin sensitivity for dental and cosmetic applications.

Bomar BR-3042 is an aromatic polyether urethane diacrylate designed for UV adhesive applications. Cured films of BR-3042 and monofunctional monomers result in soft, highly elongative, tacky systems ideal for use in UV pressure sensitive adhesives (PSA), or UV-curable laminating adhesives.

BR-581MT is an oligomer blend that provides a low color, tack-free cure under low-intensity LED cure conditions. BR-581MT provides a balance of hardness and flexibility for abrasion resistance on flexible substrates, while also yielding a high-gloss, non-yellowing finish. This product is a resin blend containing 25% DEGDMA, is tin-free, is fully INCI listed, and can be formulated into a tack-free top coat for nail gel applications. BR-582 is a 2.4 average functional aliphatic polyether urethane acrylate. As with other BR-500 series materials, BR-582 is designed to offer a balance of benefits between toughness and flexibility. While only slightly lower in tensile strength and hardness than BR-571, BR-582 has almost double the total elongation at break. BR-582 responds quickly to UV cure, owing to its elevated functionality.

BR-1041MB is a biobased polyether urethane methacrylate oligomer with a substantial amount of biobased content and is tin-free. This is a harder version of BR-1043MB. This oligomer has a good balnce of toughness and flexibility. It has the ability to adhere to a variety of plastic substrates. The biobased backbone, methacrylate functionality and tin-free nature make this an excellent choice for consumer applications with low irritancy.

BR-7432GI30, an aliphatic polyester urethane diacrylate, formulates into applications requiring adhesion to various substrates and applications where excellent toughness and flexibility are required. The BR-7432GI30 backbone performs very well in extended weatherability studies. Itis an excellent choice for impact and bend resistant coatings, and can act as an impact modifier for composite applications

Bomar BR-374, a medium molecular weight, difunctional, aliphatic polyether urethane acrylate oligomer, is a material offering a balance of toughness and flexibility, with very low color. Formulations with BR-374 yield high clarity films or tie layers with adhesion to a variety of substrates, making it ideal for laminating applications. It is also used in peroxide-cured roof coatings and floor coatings.

BRC-8430E is a reduced-functionality version of BRC-843S that provides improved flexiblity and reduced modulus compared with BRC-843S. The hydrophobic and temperature resistant backbone of BRC-8430E combined with the low modulus make BRC-8430E an excellent candidate for moisture resistant adhesives, coatings, and resins, as well as formulations that need to pass autoclave or 85/85 testing.

BR-742M is a medium molecular weight, difunctional, aliphatic polyester urethane methacrylate offering excellent adhesion, flexibility, and hardness balance. BR-742M offers an excellent balance of gloss, low heat generation, low color, and low MeHQ for nail coating applications. It canalso be effectively formulated for adhesion to steel, aluminum, and glass. Due to its low solvent resistance, it can be formulated into solvent strippable temporary coatings. This material has low skin sensitivity for dental and cosmetic applications.

Bomar BR-344, a high molecular weight, difunctional, aliphatic polyether urethane acrylate oligomer, is a cost-effective choice for coatings formulations which require weathering durability and non-yellowing characteristics. Formulations with BR-344 result in flexible yet durable, abrasion resistant, non-yellowing systems of moderate- to low-viscosity. It is best suitable for roof coatings and floor coatings.

BR-5825I30 was designed to be a lower viscosity equivalent to BR-582. BR-5825I30 offers a excellent combination of toughness and flexibility, with the added advantage of lower formulation viscosity. BR-5825I30 is low in color and provides excellent weatherability.

BRC-843SD1 is a difunctional, hydrophobic urethane acrylate which can be formulated to be used in heavy-duty industrial and commercial applications. The resulting tough film makes a functional, nonyellowing, protective single-coating that extends the substrates use-life. BRC-843SD1 is a softer and more flexible version of BRC-843. This oligomer is also tougher then BRC-843. The low water absorption and alkaline resistance make this oligomer perfect for specialty applications in the following industries: aerospace, appliance, automotive, electronic, and medical device.

BR-543TF is a difunctional aliphatic polyether urethane acrylate that is tin-free. Films formulated with BR-543TF exhibit superior physical and weathering capabilities. BR-543TF may also be used to improve the flexibility, weathering, and adhesion characteristics of existing film and foil coatings. This product shows a high degree of crystallinity at room temperature.

BR-542MB is a difunctional, aliphatic polyether urethane methacrylate. BR-542MB is used for its desirable balance of toughness and flexibility and its ability to adhere to a variety of substrates. As a primary oligomer, BR-542MB offers excellent properties of adhesion and optical clarity. As a co-oligomer, BR-542MB can be used to improve an existing formulation's glass adhesion.

Bomar BR-3741AJ is an aliphatic 1.3 acrylate functional polyether urethane. The extremely elongative nature of BR-3741AJ makes it an excellent candidate for consideration in UV light-curable PSAs as a reactive tackifier. It is also used as a co-oligomer for adhesion promotion in coatings. Films formulated with BR-3741AJ are highly flexible, elastomeric, and tacky. This oligomer is an excellent adhesion promoter, and compared to other reactive tackifiers it results in relatively tougher films. It is a perfect choice for optically clear UV pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs).

BOMART BR-3747AE is a difunctional, flexible, aliphatic polyether urethane acrylate. In addition to our typical substrates, BR-3747AE provides adhesion to variety of unusual substrates: polypropylene, high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC). This unique product adheres well to a variety of metals, glass, and plastics. It is also an excellent candidate for consideration in UV light-curable PSA as a co-oligomer.

Bomar BR-116 oligomer, a trifunctional, aromatic polyether urethane methacrylate, is used in the manufacture of soft coatings and adhesives which are made to adhere to metals and glass. BR-116 offers superior bond strength and excellent reduction capabilities in common monomers.
