ELASTOSIL® R 573/50 A/B is a two-component, electrically conductive HCR silicone rubber for the manufacture of electrically conductive products. This product is an addition-cured electrically conductive HCR silicone rubber that shows a low volume resistivity. This product can be used within a temperature range of -55 °C to +210 °C.

POWERSIL® 730 A/B is a low-viscosity two-component compound known for its excellent processing properties, high tracking and erosion resistance, as well as outstanding mechanical and electrical properties. It is a ready-to-use system that is very easy to process due to its low viscosity. Additionally, it exhibits excellent dielectric properties and high arcing resistance.

ELASTOSIL® AUX G 800 is a solution of reactive siloxanes and silanes in an organic solvent. The primer composition can be applied to the substrate as-is or diluted. GENIOPLAST® Fluid FR is a high-viscosity silicone formulation specifically designed as a polymer additive for polyolefins and other thermoplastic resins. It is composed of a linear silicone fluid with a dissolved silicone resin, resulting in a clear and colorless formulation. The primary application of GENIOPLAST® Fluid FR is in plastic additives.

ELASTOSIL® R 573/70 A/B is a two-component, electrically conductive HCR silicone rubber for the manufacture of electrically conductive products. POWERSIL® GEL FC A/B is a pourable, two-component silicone mixture that cures at room temperature to form a soft silicone gel. POWERSIL® 3525 MH silicone rubber is a one-component, ready-to-use, addition-curing compound that produces an electrically insulating, highly erosion-resistant silicone elastomer upon curing. Compared to conventional silicone rubber, it shows fast curing, with curing time being reduced by 30 to 50% depending on wall thickness and available machinery and runner system. No peroxide decomposition products are released during the curing process.

WACKER® Primer G 790 Toluene Free is a solution of reactive siloxanes and silanes in an organic solvent. It is specifically formulated to be free of toluene and other aromatic solvents. The primer can be applied directly to the substrate or diluted if desired. As the solvent evaporates and when exposed to ambient humidity, the primer forms a rigid film that firmly adheres to the substrate. By applying a silicone rubber onto the primed substrate and subsequently vulcanizing it, a strong bond is achieved between the silicone rubber and the substrate.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 5305/70 is a platinum-catalyzed, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber specifically designed for the manufacturing of extruded articles. Cured articles exhibit excellent transparency and very good mechanical properties. This silicone rubber is suitable for applications such as ignition and battery cables, utilizing addition curing and two-component systems.

POWERSIL® 466 A/B is a ready-to-use, two-component system of liquid silicone rubber. It exhibits medium conductivity and offers stable electrical properties along with good mechanical properties. GENIOSIL® GF 56 is an alkoxyvinylsilane. It is a clear, colorless liquid with a distinctive aromatic odor. In the presence of moisture, it undergoes hydrolysis (releasing ethanol) to form silanols, which can further react with each other to generate siloxanes. Acting as a bifunctional molecule, GENIOSIL® GF 56 serves as a molecular bridge between organic and inorganic substrates.

ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 3210 A/B is a pourable addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber specifically designed for coating, lamination, encapsulation, and molding applications. This product undergoes vulcanization at both room temperature and under heat, resulting in a transparent silicone rubber with excellent transmission properties and a moderate hardness. Cured ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 3210 A/B exhibits exceptional long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. SEMICOSIL® 989/1K is a one-part, ready-to-use silicone rubber that cures through thermal curing. It is non-slumpy and exhibits thixotropic properties, making it easy to handle and apply. This transparent silicone rubber has a medium hardness, providing a balance between flexibility and rigidity. It cures rapidly with heat and offers primerless adhesion to a wide range of substrates.

POWERSIL® 415 MH is a high-permittivity, high-consistency silicone rubber specifically designed for the production of refractive field control devices for cable accessories. This ready-to-use material is suitable for all types of molding applications and ensures optimal performance in the production of cable accessories requiring refractive field control.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4360/60 MH is a two-component, high consistency silicone rubber specifically designed for the manufacture of extruded articles. The vulcanizates produced using this silicone rubber exhibit excellent elasticity (rebound resilience) and demonstrate good tear resistance. In comparison to other platinum curing grades like the ELASTOSIL® R plus 4305 series, ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4360/60 MH showcases improved physical resistance.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4305/80 is a two-component, high-consistency silicone rubber specifically designed for the manufacture of extruded articles. Cured articles made from this addition-curing rubber exhibit excellent transparency and display good to very good mechanical properties. This fast-curing silicone rubber demonstrates good to very good mechanical properties. The vulcanization reaction is significantly faster compared to peroxide-curing materials, thanks to the addition cure process. Additionally, no peroxide decomposition products are formed during vulcanization.

POWERSIL® GEL C 670 A/B is a two-component, addition-curing silicone mixture that cures at room temperature to a soft silicone gel. The gel is filled with a special lightweight filler, resulting in low density and compressibility. This unique compressibility makes the material suitable for applications in closed instruments without pressure compensation containers.

SEMICOSIL® 911 A/B is a pourable, two-part silicone rubber that cures to a soft silicone gel through addition-curing. It has a 1:1 mixing ratio and demonstrates thixotropic behavior. This product offers rapid heat curing and forms a soft gel during vulcanization. SEMICOSIL® 911 A/B has a low volatile and uncured polymer content. It maintains almost constant properties within a wide temperature range, from -40 °C to +180 °C. Additionally, it boasts a low ion content.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3043/40 A/B A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3043 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a very short curing time. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties.

POWERSIL® 600 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that cures at room temperature.
