WACKER® AP 500 is a clear, colorless, and odorless polydimethylsiloxane with a high proportion of phenyl groups. It is commonly used as a heat transfer fluid and a pressure transfer fluid. Additionally, it serves as a dielectric in capacitors and transformers as well as a base fluid in heat-resistant lubricants. For practical purposes, the useful temperature range of WACKER® AP 500 is between -35 °C and +200 °C.

WACKER® AP 1000 STAB is a clear, brown-colored polydimethylsiloxane with a high proportion of phenyl groups. This specially stabilized product exhibits excellent thermal stability. It is primarily used as a heat transfer fluid and a pressure transfer fluid. For practical purposes, the useful temperature range of WACKER® AP 1000 STAB is between -35 °C and +250 °C. However, this presupposes that heat-stressing of the fluid occurs under "chemically pure" conditions.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ PKN4752 resin is a non-reinforced, translucent, high heat blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + general purpose polystyrene (GPPS). This extrudable and injection moldable grade exhibits high heat resistance, dimensional stability, and appears translucent with a yellow tint in the natural color. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2310 is an improved flow 30% glass fiber reinforced polyetherimide resin. The material is RoHS compliant and is intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers and offers UL94 V0 and 5VA ratings and FAR25.853 performance. The material may offer excellent dimension stability, strength, stiffness and creep resistance up to high temperature due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL9034 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin with excellent low temperature ductility, robust flame retardancy (V0/5VA), good processability and electrical tracking resistance. It is UV stabilized with F1 rating and is a good candidate for applications like photovoltaic connectors.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY C2805 compound is based on Polycarbonate / Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend containing 5% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant and Flame Retardant suitable for moving components in business equipment. Medium heat performance.

This material is intended for use as an additive or a building block in a variety of thermoplastics and thermoplastic elastomers such as Styrenic Block Copolymers. PPE powder can be used to improve properties (i.e. Heat Distortion and Creep Resistance). It is hydrolytically stable and non-hydroscopic (typically less than 0.2% water uptake). The polymer is soluble in common organic solvents like toluene, chloroform, and THF. Added features of this material include: good impact strength, good chemical resistance, improved heat resistance, bright white color achievable, UL V-0 rating at 1.5 mm thickness and easy flow ability.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL9334 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a UV stabilized, medium flow opaque material suitable for injection molding (IM) and sheet extrusion applications. This grade offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm flame retardancy based on non-bromine, non-chlorine FR systems, extreme low temperature ductility (-40°C) characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. It is available in a wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a wide range of applications.

ULTEM™ Resin 4001 is a PTFE filled, standard flow Polyetherimide (Tg 217C). ECO Conforming, UL94 V0 and 5VA listing.

SABIC's Specialties Business EXTEM™ Resin XH1015UCL is an unreinforced amorphous thermoplastic polyimide (TPI) resin that offers a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 267°C. It features excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties at high temperatures. The material also has good near-IR transparency and a high refractive index, making it an excellent candidate for SMT applications that require injection moldable optical lenses and connectors. The material is RoHS compliant, and the natural, uncolored material is halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, and JEDEC JS709B standards. Compliance for colored variants needs to be checked on a case-by-case basis.
