MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9412-3.2 is a polyphenylene sulfide-based compound containing 10% carbon fibers, 10% graphite, and 10% PTFE. It is used in various industries such as automotive, machinery, electrical, and electronic industries for functional components, housings, bearings, and sliding elements. This compound has enhanced electrical conductivity, sliding, and wear due to its reduced surface resistivity. For pre-drying, a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 130-140°C for 2-4 hours depending on moisture content with a maximum moisture content of 0.02% should be used. For injection molding, a melt temperature of 320-340°C and a mold temperature of over 140°C is required.

Polymer Name: Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS)

Processing Methods: Injection Molding

Fillers Included: Carbon Fiber, Graphite, Mineral, PTFE

Flexural Modulus: 11900.0 - 11900.0 MPa
