- SILFOAM® SE 2060 complies with US FIFRA regulations 40 CFR § 180.920 and can be applied for pre-harvest pesticide formulations. National regulations applicable in the countries concerned must be observed.
- SILFOAM® SE 2060 shows a very good foam control performance in formulations rich in surfactants.
Processing
- In general we recommend to stir the emulsion before use (approx. 3 minutes with a propeller stirrer at 200 – 400 rpm). But be cautious: too high shear can break the emulsion.
- The typical dosage is in the range of 0.05 to 0.5 % and is best determined by preliminary tests.
