ELASTOSIL® RT 745 S" A/B" is a pourable, two-part silicone rubber that can be thermally cured. It is an addition-curing type, making it suitable for various applications. Some notable industries where it finds use are automotive, electronics, and measurement and control. Specifically, it is employed in potting and encapsulation processes, ensuring the protection and stability of sensitive components and systems.

9200FR is a toughened, flame retardant, 2-part epoxy adhesive, designed to create long-lasting load-bearing joints. It creates tough vibration resistant bonds and is especially useful for joining dissimilar materials that will experience thermal cycling stresses or harsh environmental conditions. This smooth, non-sagging, thixotropic adhesive is excellent for use on vertical surfaces, for gap filling, and for potting electronics enclosures with gaps where a non-thixotropic encapsulant would flow through.

RTV167 adhesive sealants from Momentive Performance Materials are one-component, ready-to-use electronic grade silicone sealants. They cure to a tough, resilient silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. These electronic-grade silicone adhesive sealants differ somewhat in physical properties including consistency.

UV-8403 is a low viscosity, light curing epoxy adhesive that bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including engineered plastics such as UltemTM, LexanTM, and ABS. This product exhibits good surface wetting and adhesion to glass and many plastics. UV-8403 cures to a clear polymer when properly cured. This product requires direct light exposure during cure. Because of the variability of different UV/LED light sources, it is suggested that the user test and specify intensity and exposure time. This product will cure in the presence of UVA light (310-365nm).

UV-5403S is a filled, low shrinkage, light curing epoxy adhesive that offers low CTE and high bonds strength. UV-5403S cures to a high bond strength polymer with excellent adhesive to metals, ceramics, and glass. This epoxy was specifically designed as a glob top encapsulant for smart card applications and encapsulations of chip modules. UV-5403S is free of solvents, has high ionic purity, and is resistant to moisture and humidity. This epoxy cures quickly under LED and UVA light.

UV-8311 is a low viscosity, fast curing, light curing epoxy adhesive that offers excellent strenth wetting properties. UV-8311 cures to a high Tg, rigid polymer with excellent adhesive to metals, ceramics, and glass.This product requires direct light exposure during cure. UV-8311 can cure fully in under 10 seconds using optimal cure conditions. Due to the variability of different UV/LED light sources, it is suggested that the user test and specify intensity and exposure time. This product will cures best in the UVA wavelengths

ME8452-A is an accelerated version of ME8452 for snap-curing applications.This novel silver-filled paste is reworkable, solvent free, and electrically and thermally conductive. It exhibits outstanding flexibility for bonding materials having highly mismatched CTE'S (i.e., alumina to aluminum, silicon to copper). It can be readily reworked from 80°C to 100°C and is ideal for applications such as large area die attach and substrate attach because of its ability to bond materials with highly mismatched CTE.

EG7635 is a alumina filled, electrically insulating and thermally conductive rigid epoxy paste adhesive. While bonding at ambient temperature can be achieved overnight, elevated temperatures will accelerate curing, exponentially. EG7635 high thermal conductivity and high strength makes it excellent for bonding substrates, components and heat sinks where thermal management is critical. It has more than 15 years of proven records of providing bonding to difficult substrates. EG7635 exibits reduced bond strength at 80-100°C for easier rework.

ME7158 is a reworkable, aluminum nitride filled, electrically insulating and thermally conductive epoxy paste adhesive. It exhibits outstanding flexibility for bonding materials having highly mismatched CTE's (i.e., alumina to aluminum, silicon to copper). The very high thermal conductivity of this material makes it useful for bonding high-powered, large area die and components. It can be readily reworked at 80-150°C with torque or peel stress.

ESP7660-HK-DAF is a high-bond strength epoxy film adhesive laminated onto a UV release or controlled release dicing tape in designed wafer format. This new generation film incorporates wafer dicing tape and adhesive film into one DDAF (Dicing Die Attach Film). This DAF is mounted onto the back of the wafer, which is then diced into predetermined sizes. After a brief exposure to UV light (for UV releasing dicing tape), the diced chip is picked and placed directly onto a lead frame or substrate. It is designed for bonding component and substrate to substrate and carrier with matched thermal coefficients of expansion. ESP7660-HK-DAF has good thermal stability. The dry, tack-free handling of the film makes it suitable for an automated assembly.

EB-155 is an undiluted, unfilled, low viscosity clear epoxy system that exhibits exceptional resistance to impact and thermal shock. This system has low exotherm and long work life. Applications includes, high bond strength adhesive for most similar and dissimilar substrates; LED displays, any fiber optic application. It can also be used for making in-place laminates or for protective coating on metals etc. Also it can be used for semi-rigid, moisture proof, gas tight seals between plastic and metallic or other substrates. This is also recommended for potting devices such as connector shells from which rigid or flexible wires may protrude directly through the epoxy.

ESP7666-FOW is the modified boron nitride filled thermally conductive version of the high flow DAF of ESP7660-FOW. It is a high-bond strength epoxy film adhesive tor high flow when melted to easily flow over Wire-bond in stack chip die attach application. This new generation wafer level die- attach film is flexible before curing. This ESP7660-FOW is mounted onto the back of the wafer at 80-100°C, which is then diced into predetermined sizes using standard dicing tape. Depending on the different dicing tape used and with suitable releasing action such as UV or heat, the diced chip is picked and placed directly onto a lead frame or substrate. ME7159 is a reworkable, diamond filled, electrically insulating and thermally conductive epoxy paste adhesive. It exhibits outstanding flexibility for bonding materials with highly mismatched CTE's (i.e., alumina to aluminum, silicon to copper). The ultra high thermal conductivity of this diamond filled material makes it useful for bonding high-powered, large area die and components. It can be readily reworked at 80-100°C.

114-26 B is a medical grade, electrically conductive, polymer coated polyester film composition. It is typically used as a component for fabricating electrodes in medical testing applications. This product has been formulated to have improved conductivity and high electrical dissipation properties. Some added applications for 114-26 B include, but are not limited to, emi/rfi shielding, polymer thick film circuitry, membrane switches and electrical static dissipation. 114-26 B is available in rolls ranging in widths up to 20 inches and lengths up to 2000 feet.

FLASHBOND™ UV-8300LV is a low viscosity, light curing epoxy adhesive that bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including metals, glass, ceramics and some plastics. This product exhibits good surface wetting and adhesion to glass and many plastics. This product requires direct light exposure during cure. Because of the variability of different UV/LED light sources, it is suggested that the user test and specify intensity and exposure time. This product will cure in the presence of visible light (405nm) as well as down to 365nm. Flashbond UV-8300LV has been tested to and passes ISO-10993-5 for cytotoxicity.

ME7857-SC is a medium viscosity, silicon carbide filled, flexible epoxy for snap curing application. It is a reworkable, electrically insulating and thermally conductive epoxy paste adhesive. It exhibits outstanding flexibility down to -60°C. Ideal for bonding materials having highly mismatched CTE's (i.e., alumina to aluminum, silicon to copper). The stress-free flexible adhesive maintains good stable bond strength of 100 psi from 150-250°C and has outstanding thermal stability.

SETWORX™ UV-35G is an epoxy adhesive and encapsulating compound designed for electronic, optical, medical, and general industrial applications Once mixed, UV-35G will polymerize and gel instantaneously upon exposure to UV light reducing fixture time to seconds. Once gelled, UV-35G will continue to cure at room temperature or at elevated temperature until fully cured. This epoxy system has 2 to 1 mixing ratio by volume and is available in easy to us dual cartridge systems.

ME8630-RC is an extra fine silver filled 100% solid rapid curing die- attach for finer pitch application. It is a low stress, low temperature curable die-attach adhesive paste. This single component, silver filled paste is electrically and thermally conductive. It is highly thixotropic with outstanding compatibility for bonding different adherends. The relatively medium Tg and modulus made it suitable for bonding both smaller and relatively large devices. ME8630-RC has been designed to eliminate bleeding on both silver plated copper and alloy 42 lead frames. It maintains more than 150 psi bond strength at 250°C for high temperature wire-bonding.

125-19(SP)A/B is a highly elastomeric, electrically conductive, silicone-based ink. This product features a high performance design useful in a wide range of printing and coating applications and features excellent bonding to most metal and plastic substrates. MEB650-DA is a low viscosity silver filled flexible epoxy paste. This low ionic silver-filled paste is reworkable, solvent free, and electrically and thermally conductive. It is ideal for automatic dispensing in die- attach application with fine definition. Absolutely solvent-free and diluent free composition with low ionic impurities for high reliability. It exhibits outstanding flexibility for bonding materials having highly mismatched CTE's (i.e., alumina to aluminum, silicon to copper). This stress free adhesive shows consistent medium bond strength up to 250°C at 200 psi.

FLASHBOND™ UV-8504E is a low viscosity, fast curing, light-curing epoxy adhesive that offers excellent strength wetting properties. UV-8504E cures to a high Tg, rigid polymer with excellent adhesive to metals, ceramics, and glass.This product requires direct light exposure during cure. UV-8504E can cure fully in 30 seconds using optimal cure conditions. Due to the variability of different UV/LED light sources, it is suggested that the user test and specify intensity and exposure time. This product will cures best in the UVA wavelengths (315-365nm). FLASHBOND™ UV-8504E has been tested to and passes ISO-10993-5 standards for cytotoxicity.

TP8205 is a silver filled, low bond strength thermoplastic film adhesive. It is designed for bonding heat sink, component, and substrate. It is electrically and thermally conductive.

ME8155 is a silver filled paste, reworkable, solvent free, and electrically and thermally conductive. It exhibits outstanding flexibility for bonding materials having highly mismatched CTE's (i.e., alumina to aluminum, silicon to copper). This paste can be used for screen printing and it can be readily reworked at 80-100°C.

EG7658 is a reworkable, aluminum nitride filled, electrically insulating and thermally conductive epoxy paste adhesive. It which exhibits outstanding flexibility for bonding materials with highly mismatched CTE's (ie., alumina to aluminum, silicon to copper). The high thermal conductivity and flexibility make it excellent for bonding high-powered, large area die and components. EG7658 can be reworked using temperatures higher than the cure temperature from 80-150°C to soften the bond line. Use a tool adequate to break the bond and remove. Clean any residue with a solvent which will not damage the parts.

SetWORX 90 is a toughened, high strength, structural epoxy adhesive. This adhesive has an excellent combination of shear and peel strength.
