Application Details
  • The product amount should be tailored to the particular tissue being used. Typically the amount of product applied on the tissue is in the range from 1 and 5 g/m². For the application of LIOSIL® TS 50 E common technologies like roll coating, slot coating, spraying, or rotor damping systems are recommended. Aerosol formation has to be avoided. In case of aerosol formation special protective measures are required.
  • The use of the emulsion is recommended for all conventional tissue types such as toilet paper, facial tissue, handkerchiefs or cosmetic wipes, which may benefit from a certain soft feel. The emulsion can be combined with other organic softeners, too, provided an adequate compatibility test has been performed. LIOSIL® TS 50 E includes defoamer. Any deposits are reversible via stirring.
