- The product amount should be tailored to the particular tissue being used. Typically the amount of product applied on the tissue is in the range from 1 and 5 g/m². For the application of LIOSIL® TS 533 common technologies like roll coating, slot coating, spraying, or rotor damping systems are recommended. Aerosol formation has to be avoided. In case of aerosol formation special protective measures are required.
- The use of the solution is recommended for all conventional tissue types such as toilet paper, facial tissue, handkerchiefs or cosmetic wipes, which may benefit from a certain soft feel. The emulsion can be combined with other organic softeners or well-being additives, too, provided an adequate compatibility test has been performed. If substantial foaming occurs during processing, we recommend our WACKER SILFOAM® antifoam agents.
