WACKER® TPD is an aminoalkyl-functional polydimethylsiloxane used for the formulation of release agents for polyurethane processing. WACKER® TPD exhibits excellent release properties and, when handled properly, prevents release agent buildup on the mold. It is particularly advantageous when a very smooth and shiny surface is required for the molded parts.
