Application Details

As a low-Shore addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber that cures without undergoing dimensional shrinkage, ELASTOSIL® M 4119 is extremely suitable for casting all common reproduction materials, particularly if accurate copies of models with pronounced undercuts are required. Perfect mold making material for very fast de-moldings.

Processing

  • Mix components A and B in a ratio of 1:1.
  • Important note: The platinum catalyst is contained in component A.

Caution:

  • A and B components may only be used together if they have the same batch number.
