SILRES® 603 is a solid silicone resin that contains phenyl groups and is known for its good compatibility with organic polymers. It serves as a base material for heat-resistant powder coatings, particularly those that require above-average gloss retention during heating. When creating heat-resistant and black pigmented powder coatings, it is recommended to blend SILRES® 603 with organic binders specifically designed for powder coatings. Additionally, the inclusion of heat-resistant pigments can further enhance its performance.
