Application Details
  • For easy application, WACKER® 23166 VP may be diluted with solvents such as white spirit and aromatic hydrocarbons.
  • To ensure optimum flow, maximum number of moldings and economic use of the release agent, it is advisable to carry out preliminary tests to ascertain the optimum concentration, type of solvent, method of application and mold temperature. Generally, solutions with a silicone content of approximately 1 % are best to start with.
