WACKER® CROSSLINKER V 24 is used for curing crosslinking solvent-based and solvent-free DEHESIVE® -systems.
Processing
Batches of coating compound must be prepared in the order given below.
- First pour in CRA® Modifier in case CRA® is used.
- Add DEHESIVE® polymer in several portions and stir slowly until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Thoroughly stir in WACKER® CROSSLINKER V 24 to this mixture.
- Slowly stir in catalyst. Local over-concentrations must be avoided. Any contact to alkaline systems needs to be avoided.

Safety & Health
- Safety Notes
Siloxane crosslinkers react vigorously with concentrated Platinum Catalysts and alkaline systems. Siloxane Crosslinkers should therefore not get into direct contact with neither of them, since this may cause a spontaneous, uncontrolled liberation of hydrogen.
